REST IN PEACE STUART GORDON! He passed away only five days after you guys released this review!
For those who don't understand, the resonator lets you perceive planes of existence beyond the scope of human perceptions. But the effects of the resonator works both ways, allowing the creatures from the other realities/universes/planes to perceive us as well.
It makes you wonder what alien horrors are lurking just outside of our limited perceptions, existing like air yet invisible and intangible to us. Then again, best not to think about it or else they might just catch your scent.
Unknown unknowns.
Some people speculate that folks with schizophrenia have this extra perception.
@@TheUballe Hmm... That actually sounds like a plausible reason for their illness.
@Mr Zeus Preach. Just live a long happy life and focus on that.
@Aaron Teran Huh. The more you know :)
Thanks for keeping us entertained during these depressing times, guys. I hope you and yours stay safe!
OMG guys when are you gonna review “ The Frighteners” you mention it just to torment me 🥺 but still love the show was binge watching today thanks for the unique entertainment
I think they should review the Frighteners also. Especially since I live in New Zealand where the film was produced.
You have Ken Foree in red underwear tackling Jeffrey Combs who is in a hospital gown, what's not to like.
And you have Barbara Crampton there too, I guess ...
I wonder if Barbara Crampton still owns that outfit from the movie. You know which one I'm referring to...
@@williamlowery6487 Hey, if the women from Sex & The City got to take clothes and shoes home why not her.
Looking how Barbara Crampton looks today, I think she'll fill that dominatrix outfit just fine.
This is nuts; I just watched a review of this by Brandon Tenold and immediately thought that it be up you guys' alley. And here we be!
I remember looking at the video box cover of this as a child, and thinking it looked fucked up.
Loved this one, takes me back to the days where my uncle was showing me all the video nasties... however I am now sure I haven't watched Re animator 3? I thought beyond re animator was the third film. 😂 Hmmm.
Brilliant review lads, as always.
One of my favorite films of all time! Thank you so much boys!
Just watched your video on Monster Squad from many years ago, Then the UA-cam algorithm put up this video next and OMFG, Garry your beard... It's huge 🤣
Again... Yet another Great upload lads 😎
While we're on Lovecraft, if you guys haven't seen Color Out of Space with Nicholas Cage, watch it! It's great! Soooooo much better than The Curse.
re animator 4 isn't there just three films the one in the prison is the third and last one to date.
For me this film is superior to Re-animator. Also great practical effects
'Mind ripper' with Lance Hendrickson is probably where you think you've seen the brain eating from before?
Rain Man is on Sunday 10:30pm BBC1 Iain & Gary ok
RIP Stuart (
Great review guys. OTSR 👊👊
And not to mention it inspired the death metal classic From Beyond by the mighty Massacre. Frontman Kam Lee is heavily influenced by the writings of Howard Phillips Lovecraft.
I’m glad to hear that.
Never seen this movie but I’ll be sure to check it out. Hope you can get a few more videos uploaded over the next weeks with potential lockdowns it will certainly benefit those self isolating
Wow. I need to check this one out!!! Great review guys!!!!
I am seeing "The Crazies" in the back and feeling all over disappointed again :( such high hopes..
Guys... its actually Stuart Gordon who directed it and Brian Yuzna on produced it
I know you guys have reviewed City of God before, which is why I believe you’ll really enjoy Elite Squad both 1 and 2. They really build on each other and do an amazing job at representing the cultural and political climate in Rio de Janeiro and, to a larger extent, Brazil. Definitely worth checking out.
It's 2:47 in The U.S right now
Iain is trying to recall Brain Damage
Have you seen the film called Cthulhu Mansion Iain & Gary
1986 34 Years Ago...
Gave me bad nightmares this film the first time I saw it , I was only 6 though.
Awesome stuff! 👍👍
RIP Stuart Gordon
Review request; The BigBird Cage starring Pam Grier and Sid Haig
Spot on.
You gents should check out a little feel good German film called The Golden Glove (2019).
🥺
please do Dagon!
Thanks bros
I love this movie !!! :)
Maybe it's just me going crazy but didn't you guys already do this movie?
Yup, you must be crazy, this is a first for us :)
Such a great underrated practical effects horror movie. Can u guys review Godzilla 1954 soon and can u play Doom Eternal on the channel Iain?
Have you seen the film called Re-Animator Iain & Gary
H.P. Lovecraft
Do Escape From New York/L.A.
the years was 1995 most probably when i was in 2nd grade, this creature traumatized me as a child and I couldn't get the image out of my head, my mom took me to priest as I was having nightmares. I told my mom I couldn't forget the creature with worm on its forehead but she didn't know what I was referring to. Years past but I still didn't forget the creature. Now iam 30 yrs old I was binge watching horror movie trailers and I suddenly remembered this creature. Searched for "human with worm on his forehead " in google and browsed through the images hoping to find it and here I am :)
Two words: Barbara Crampton
From Beyond is the good kind of schlock. xD
Love this movie.
Mmmm. Dumplings.
can't you guys do that film, you know the one set in a horribly infected dystopian police state, whats it called? ah yes...going outside
Please review Jeepers Creepers.
STAY SAFE LADS!
Also *Turn up*
Hot blooded males got my thumbs up
Oh, don't mind me. Just passing through.
From Beyond is great! I have to disagree with Iain on the whole remake thing. One of the best things about this movie (aside from Jeffrey Combs & Ken Foree), is the creature and the practical effects! The practical blood and gore! If this was made today, you know damn well that shit would be horrible computer generated! I'm more of an old school practical effects lover! But anyway, this film is fun! Not as good as Re-Animator. But still a fun film.
Another great review guys, this movie looks soo gross and perverted will definitely be checking it out lol, btw is it just me or does Geoffrey Combs put u in mind of Bruce Campbell??
I always thought Combs looked like a doppelganger of Bruce, especially after seeing him in that one movie where he played Dr. Strange even though the character was not called Dr. Strange.
It's a great movie but if dont like a little schlock. It's the pink movie and reanimator is the green movie.
Hello UA-cam algorithm. I just love guys who do what they do because of love of the movies!
...like a gingerbread man.
Have you seen the film called Rain Man Iain & Gary
Id watch u guys review any type of bullshit movie but...id like to see u do cemetery man, slither, and the return of living dead series
Stay healthy over there guys!
Yooo what's up boys? Stay safe and socially distant
Will you guys Review Slender Man (2018)?!
Why do they always have to eat flesh? For once I'd like one that eats see men straight from the tap.
@Duckie Alexander I know it's crazy, right?
RIP Stuart Gordon
