Here is a brilliant idea from disposable Vapes,
These vape pens are disposable but have a rechargeable battery inside which u can reuse it for many projects and simple inventions, in this video I recycled a used vape and made it into a torch. (BRILLIANT IDEA FROM OLD VAPE)

This is one of the more advanced vapes that have a built in USB C charger at the bottom. The same 'sucking' chip has a more advanced version that also allows charging the cell via USB.

What you mean to say is that YOU could not recharge this.
It even HAS recharging circuits built in. use those.
hell use any usb charger.
