Thanks for the advice Tommie! I've rolled my left ankle so many times from skateboarding. You crushed it with the new livestream setup

I seriously dig these types of videos that break down the little things I’d probably never think about. I’m learning sooo much from your videos, I can’t wait to shred 20/21

I don’t ever subscribe or like videos often but after just watching one of your videos (this one) I immediately did... super clean style and made so much sense thank you! Keep more of these coming please! Your landings look so clean and effortless! Also could you explain to me a little more about how much you should dig in your edge after a jump or are you really holding it with your ankles? Like keeping them really tight? Also the upper body from waist up do I keep those parts relaxed and focus all my energy into my lower body, legs and ankles? I have had that problem where when I land my upper body tends to feel like it’s making me fall over... thanks again for your time and the time you take to make these videos I will be watching more of them!!! Take care!

Lol when she started moving the ankle. I immediately knew that, I would barely be able to do that🤣. Soccer fucked up my ankles🤣🤣

Ohhh ankle flexibility. When I saw the title I thought this was going to be a video of you saying “don’t be soft” for 10 minutes

great video but the girls advice isn't very good. If anyone actually has ankle problems or would like improve mobility try these:
#1. In a seated position draw the "abc's" with your toe. Do the alphabet 2 or 3 times each foot.
#2 In a seated position, place your bare foot on a ball (soccer/volley/basket), then roll your foot forward, backward, laterally and in circles all while keeping the arch of your foot as flush to the ball surface as possible.
#3 flex you ankle in each direction by pointing your toe down as far as you can then pulling you toe toward you as far as you can, flexing the muscles in you calf and shin. Then do same thing in a lateral motion to each side. You can take this a step further by using exercise bands.
The first thing she did was almost practical but you need you engage the muscles not just loosen the tendons and ligaments. Thats why physical therapists will suggest the abc drill. Stretching your calf isn't going to help much and I wouldn't suggest sitting on your feet like that unless it doesn't feel uncomfortable. If that's comfortable then you don't need any help with ankle mobility though. eh sorry just trying to help.
