If you look closely at Krupp’s first detention slip it says Dav Pilkey which is the author of the captain underpants books
Also dav usually got in trouble for making comics

Hey Crazy Nate if you are interested in a book series by Dav Pilkey (creator of captain underpants), try reading dogman. It may not look like a good series at first, but it tells an amazing story! story! (And some of the book names are references to other books, for example 'brawl of the wild' or 'for whom the ball rolls')
I'm so glad I'm watching this because I can't see Captain Underpants anymore at least this one they also made a series of it it's called The Adventures of Captain Underpants on Netflix

Crazy Nate! You missed a lot of easter eggs!
1. When George accidentally makes Harold’s hand big instead of Captain Underpants, it’s a reference to Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot Of Professor Poopypants!
2. Most of the credits in the ending refer to the books! For example, when they were showing who casted the voice actors, it shows the kids (and teachers) turning into zombies! (There are more references in the credits! I just can’t remember all of them :D)
3. When George introduced us to the Captain Underpants drawings, one of them says “He found a bunch of plungers.” This is a reference to Captain Underpants and The Attack Of The Talking Toilets!
4. Before the they shown the credits, near the end, Harold says “Here we go again!” This is mostly how a Captain Underpants novel ends.
5. When Mr. Krupp yells at the boys for changing the sign to “Come See My Hairy Armpits”, it’s most likely a reference to the 2nd novel, as they changed the furniture sign to “Come And See Our Hairy Armpits”.
6. It’s most likely the story on how George & Harold met have switched because they originally met when Kipper and his friend stole Harold’s Lunch Money, however, in the movie, they met because of the daycare teacher saying Uranus and quickly bonded after that.

Captain Underpants is my second favorite book series of all-time! The first being Roald Dahl's books (Author of Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach etc.) And I absolutely loved this movie! I'm sad they never made the Second Epic Movie but instead a NETFLIX series with none of the original cast. :-( A lot of these I did not notice though.

Crazy Nate I think you missed another easter egg. You know when professor p rode on a bee. That might be a reference to Journey 2 the mysterious island. In that movie they get attacked by a giant bird. Well in captain underpants a giant bird scares the cops away.

Hey!!! I love cat's and dog
In the beginning of the movie when I’m a fight the egg salad sandwich they have three lines about the pants and if you didn’t know that they were actually from the bionic booger boy and remember in the beginning when they were with the cat scene and Mr. Krupp rips up the book but at the end we actually see that comic book again so did it just get ripped in he glued it together or a genie just fixed it up.
