Been on a 3 hour pokemon hunt (like an Easter egg hunt but hidden knitted pokemon all round a town) so we're exhausted so a Chinese was needed for tea tonight ❤
I miss going to Toys R Us so much, it was always an event to visit growing up! Definitely feeling nostalgic over it. Loved working on this video edit, seeing all of the store footage and items available. It is amazing! 🤩

Or a Pokemon Ichban Kuji (lotto)? Some of the Stuff you found in the Libro store, the items that had letters like the Psyduck in the Cafe collection, were Kuji prizes people did not want and resold to the Libro Store.
Yeah Libro from what I can tell is a used toy resale store, thats why tags are missing.
The store you stumbled upon with all the Pokemon stuff (Surugaya) Is a huge Chain Second Hand Shop along the lines of like Value Village but way better

As someone that worked at one of the last Toys R Us to close in the United States when they all closed this give me the feels. Worked there for a few years till the very end, even ended up helping take apart the store and all the fixtures. Me and several friends that worked there get together once a month to hang out, call ourselves the geek squad 😊
