But your recovery method does not work if we rewrote over the actual file (if we permanent erased it by putting 0 and 1 by 3-pass algorithm over it) right ?

yes, if you have purposefully overridden the empty space with 0 and 1, then it will not work.
Voiding the chances of data recovery is the purpose of that 3-pass algorithm that you talked about.

We can not tell it bro only way is to follow the steps and see if the file is still available....(in general the deleted file is overridden by some of the subsequent files, that may happen tomorrow or in some cases after 3 months ....no one can tell when it will happen...it depends on usage as well....let say it happens....then you can not recover that file)

Brother, 1 year seems to be challenging. definitely the success rate depends on how long back you deleted and how much usage you have done after that. Having said that no one can tell if this works or not it depends on above factors only way is try this video completely and confirm it.

Ok here is my problem. I tried to download a mobile game but it ended up putting way too many folders of random game files scattered on my phone and I spent an entire day deleting them. I think I used a phone cleaner to try and help me with it but bow my entire "safe folder" which contained over 1000 memes I screenshots and now it's all gone. Do any of the apps do anything in regards to the safe folder? Any help would be appreciated.
Didn't work for me. Accidentally deleted a few videos in my locked folder on my phone and can't seem to figure out how to get them back ..didn't even know that the locked folder didn't just put them in the bin before I put them in the folder otherwise I'd have never used it.the app in this video can't even see.the video and pictures I still have in the locked folder so it's useless.
Brother- the photo was there in regular memory before it was moved to locked folder, so there is little chance. So try your best.

I have 2 questions. 1st?: I have I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+, I had around 1000 clips of footage from my Blink video cameras, I thought when I downloaded them and saved them to a different storage that they'd be safe. Blink deletes videos automatically after 60 days, paid subscriber or not. Unfortunately the very few I have are the clips I sent to myself via text. I'm unable to go back and re-enact the events, as has been previously suggested. I'm devastated. Will file manager solve this?

If android apps dont work for you then connect the phone to a pc and use apps on pc to drill it. Also were your photos on an sd card or the internal phone memory?
You might aswell visit a data recovery specialist, the longer you wait the higher the chance photos will be gone forever

Brother... recovery really depends on how long before it was deleted, how intense you post delete activities, how much unused storage capacity you had.
