# "Both micro Universe (quantum mechanics) and macro Universe were made in same way, if we understand macro Universe by yoga then we will understand micro Universe",

Quarentine made me explore the spiritual side of life ... I have seen hours and hours of his videos and read 2 of his books. I can say that, he doesn't answers the questions directly rather he answers the people based on their understanding, thats why people feel very connected with him anywhere he go.
He has a huge following everywhere is world, especially in USA, India and in EU.
Best tip which I found and am practicing is to see things the way they are, without prior judgement and prejudices. Its super hard XD
