- Welcome back! Last day of Grouse hunting this season. It was very cold but we went out anyways and really enjoyed the beautiful winter sceneries. We then cooked up some Grouse and made some Grouse fajitas. Hope you enjoy !
Good video, like the simplicity.
It’s amazing how many grouse u guys have I’ve only ever seen one in my life and I’m 22 and spend a good bit of time in the woods in Pennsylvania it would be a dream to have grouse like this
We do have quite a lot ! I wish everyone could experience this. Thanks for watching my videos 😁
Tortella looks along with the fajita
Just frickin snipping them with that 22
Good video. We don't have many grouse where I live. I enjoy watching.
Fajitas look delicious 😋👍
Great video !!
I think you tinder should have been crushed up . Then I think it would have lit. As far as it wearing out , it was only ment to be used in emergency. I think it could save you life if you would have prepared the tinder better. Darn nice hunt , just pick then off in the trees right from the road. It does not get any easier than that!👍👏🇺🇸
You can tell it's cold by the way the snow squeaks when walking! Lol
Yes it was very cold indeed 😂 we had a very cold winter I'm glad it's almost over !
J'adore tes vidéos, toujours des bonnes chasses en plus !
Merci c'est très apprécié 😁
didn't know you could create a spruce grouse by rubbing a roughed grouse on spruce!!
Man your birds are more docile then mine. I spooked 7 birds on January 8. Temperature was -24C so did not hunt for too long.
waiting for next video whether it is coyote hunting or fishing!
I'm glad I taught you something lol ! Yes I've always found that our grouse are very approachable , except for spruce grouse. I'm going ice fishing sometime soon, perch and lake trout !
I hunted grouse up north in my younger years. For some reason I rarely see them as often. I know they experience cyclic ups & downs over the years. I’m not sure the cycle means much anymore. Seems like a perpetual downswing in population over last 5-7 years. So respectfully I appreciate watching a video like yours showing that you stopped after a legal limit of 5. There is another video out there where it seems like some guy shot 100 birds in a day? It was very annoying & it was just added in Fall of 22. Thank You for respecting the population’s like you do. For instance just shooting 3-4 out of a covey of six.
nice video dude! je chasse au nb dont sa fait 2 smaine la chasse est fini! what scope you have on your 22? i have the same one just no scoop yet!
Thanks man !!
@@tendresseak27 Ok cool ! J'adore l'Ontario, j'ai hate d'y retourner
Are you near cross point (Point la Croix) ?
Yes I am !
Only thing I see that you did wrong in your cooking process is you are going to have to learn how to fold( roll up ) the tortilla and you might want to put a bit of salsa on it. Trust me I’m from the southwest. Great meal. Ladies first . LOL.👍👍👍👍👍
I'll have to try that ! 😁👌
@@JonTheOutdoorsman be careful of the type salsas you buy . Some are very hot to the young and can suck the breath out of you if you are not used to them. You can look up how to make them also. They are simple to make too.
