Hope you had a wonderful birthday! Have tried both the small JUC and the serpenti bracelet. The serpenti seems much more substantial and I'm wondering, after wearing it, if you think it will bend out of shape like some of the small JUC's do. Thanks!
I haven’t had that issue so far and I’m not worried about it. I’ve also never had that happen to my small JUC either. I think the serpenti bracelet is very springy/elastic so it should pop back into shape unless you put a lot of pressure on it for an extended period of time.
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC Yes, from my research, and reading comments in the FB groups, it seems about 1/2 of those who buy the small JUC have trouble with the shape after a while. I am not worried about the serpenti either and that would be my choice. Enjoy it ! Thanks!

After watching this, i'm really interested in frivole collection first they are not as common as thier alhambra collection and it has more gold and even has diamond !

Use a piece of scotch tape, tape the open hook to your skin, and you just have to attach the clasp. Try it sometime.

It was complimentary. I believe adjustments on earrings are always free. For everything else, it’s free for the first 12 months.

Hi Carol…. Belated happy birthday!I had the same problem with the van cliff bracelet. I found out you can use a tape, tape the other end to your skin while holding the other end to connect. Make it easier to put it on😊.

I love the Bulgari bracelet, it’s so pretty. I have the small JUC and sometimes, it gets stuck on my clothes. Does this happen with the Bulgari?
I haven’t really worn the Serpenti bracelet with long sleeves since I got it right at the beginning of Spring. I want to say it wouldn’t be as prone to that happening though because the ends are thicker than the JUC (although I’ve barely had that happen with my JUC either).
Congrats on your beautiful birthday gifts! So you know, you can request VCA to change the clasp for a more comfortable way to put on the bracelet by yourself 😊

Happy birthday, Carol! Can you please tell me what width you got your Frivole earrings thinned to and who your SA is in which store? I tried on a Frivole pair of earrings in the store and the SA I worked with did not seem very knowledgeable. She told me only vintage earrings could be adjusted. I’m interested in the earrings but also find the post thick on the Frivole earrings and even thicker on the sweet earrings I tried! Any help would be much appreciated!
I really wish I had more helpful information but I just asked them to make it thinner and didn't give any specific measurements. As for the location, I went to the 5th Ave boutique in NYC but I never got the name of the lady who helped me make the adjustments I needed.
