Just found your videos. This is a really nice town. Hope you do move there. I would love to move there but I would have a really hard time bringing my pet parrots and my dog. I just can't bring myself to part with them and it is not easy to transport birds to another country. So I am dreaming of maybe some day. Keep the videos coming.
Hi ! I understand about pets. Makes it hard. I bought the place! We signed last monday and are moving our stuff now. I figure 3 trips from Tirana to get all our stuff here, Im in Pogradec now. Seeing what we need and such. My wife will want a new couch. So very busy but happy.
It doesn't feel like a lake. It feels like the ocean, but without the saltwater. That is great! And, I am so amazed at how much greenery is in their cities. Looks so amazing! I am a mountain guy while my wife is a beach girl. 4 more months to go! Can't wait!
I just Googled the annual weather and it's perfect! You have seasons there and the hottest month is July at 80⁰... Not bad! I might have to check that out also! That's so charming!
That town is perfect for retirement Even Albanians from Tirana or bigger cities move there to retire, People are nice and friendly, food is delicious, you will be able to buy organic groceries from the locals every day. Summer gets packed with tourists mainly families and elderly. There will be 2/3 months of cold a snow but that does not make it less attractive especially if you don't have to go out and work . And if you love fish They are home of the most unique fish ( koran ) Can only be found on that lake and another one in Rusia Love your videos and enjoy your stay in Pogradec

Hello sir, I really enjoy your videos. Lake Ohrid is the oldest lake in Europe and one of the oldest in the world, dating back around 2 million years. Because of this, it is home to unique fish species found only in that lake, such as the Ohrid trout, locally known as "Koran." Additionally, scientists recently discovered Europe's oldest lakeside village in Lin, near Pogradec. I highly recommend you visit Lin if you haven't already!
