Justin - Good stuff! I just started playing in an over 40 league after a 25 yr layoff since college. I have never had this happen before, but for some reason when running to catch fly balls my eyeballs are "bouncing" really bad. I assume I'm running flat footed, but is there anything you can recommend to break this habit? I guess when I was young it came naturally. I'm now having to work on things! Haha!
Thanks. I like your pitching videos because the position i play most. In little league usually a pitcher lasts 2 maybe 3 innings. After seeing one of your pitching videos I was able to pitch 5 innings.
Awesome Jose! Glad you enjoyed the video. Remember, you want to be low to the ground... but with that being said, it's much better to think "butt back" then "butt down!"
Hey, Coach Justin here! What did you think of today’s video? Let me know in the comments section :)

Thanks coach for this!
could you also make an indoor training video for the winter?
I always have my butt down I learned something today I liked this video just like always.

Can you make a video on how to get better on fielding fast ground balls or fast short hops?
Great video, Every Little League coach should watch this video.
That's an awesome compliment! Thanks Joe!
can you make another 2nd base drill?
My approach at games is “Treat every game like it’s the last”
That's a great approach to have! You never know when it'll be your last time on the field
So when should I approach the ball square on and when should I approach it by running in a curve?
Approach the ball (on routine grounders, obviously not a ball hit in the gap) so that your momentum is already bringing your feet towards your target.
To piggy back off that first comment, I'd bet that most throwing errors have more to do with bad footwork than anything.
Bunting would be nic
