If Uref is changing over time, you will need to create a function that takes “time” as input argument and return the value of Uref. You can refer to the manual here: www.afs.enea.it/project/neptunius/docs/fluent/html/udf/node243.htm

Hi, I didn't use UDF to deal with the turbulent viscosity ratio warning. The ratio goes down to 1e5 after some iterations.
