Thanks for the tutorial. I have a question that the velocity is larger than inlet velocity (1m/s) at some position, is it correct ?? I have some similar result, and it confuses me.
I believe it's due to the symmetry boundary condition. In the video it's too close to the boundary layer. When I drew a higher rectangle to make my simulation the maximum velocity was reduced and got closer to 1 m/s
How would one go with rotating the plate 30 degrees? I tried to do it in geometry and when I checked the final results, it came out the same as a flat plate without rotation, only the mesh was at an angle but calculating it as if it were flat. Thanks.
But reynolds number depends on dynamic viscosity not on viscosity .Re=(fluid density*velocity*characteristic length)/dynamic viscosity. How did yoy get the value of reynolds number 10000 from viscosity. Please explain?
get the dynamic viscosity value from dynamic viscosity vs temperature table( use room temperature ) for given fluid (air) then use ur formula and calculate density being 1.225 kg/m^3
i try to learn any thing from this videos but i still not familiar with that iam this content is pretty one but i have step back and have no knowledge thanks
Can you extend the tutorial to make u+ vs Y+ plot? It would be helpful because nobody say about it
u r the real ansys god thanks a lot
Thanks for the tutorial, they are great. I wish we could see your mouse pointer.
Hi Pedram. I have now learnt how to show my mouse click in BandiCam. Hopefully from the next training ...
Thanks for the tutorial.

Thanks for the tutorial,I don't obtain the graph into chart, and how can i import these results into matlab, I tried but unfortunately I failed. Thanks
But Re = 10k is not Laminar, it should be turbulent ?

Thanks so much, How can I contact you?
Very Good. Thank you
can you plz share the complete ansys file

bhava! thanks bhava
Your cursor is not showing. It is becoming a problem when you are clicking on which option and sometimes how you are doing. Everything else is great.
try to highlight your pointer please, thank you
