It happened because konami isn’t as good as ea , konami has only pes/WE series who didi good the other game wasn’t so popular but ea has too many good games who became popular and they have bought 90 % of existing licenses
PES back in the days was actually a pretty good game, it was even better than Fifa in my opinion. I used to play alot PES04 but nowadays it is unthinkable that there would be another Football game next to Fifa. Even though I wish there was one, so I could finally get rid of Fifa, I would still miss the gameplay. You would expect from every other Football game to act like Fifa would act. With the same controls and stuff like that. If EA would finally get rid of the pay 2 win and would put more effort into the actual game. Career Mode is almost the same as it was in 2011 and FUT obviously only exsists to rob kids. My father tells me since 10 years, that Fifa actually is only a Copy and Paste game, he would never spend more than 30€ for it. All they do is add new players and delete old ones and replace the old Kits with the new ones. He is so right.
I love this game but the skill moves kinda lame, even shooting but I guess I need to adapt to it overall pretty good, we get to train our own players however you want them to be

We simply try to win ball faster by approaching towards ball and win it faster, while they win still slowly and give it right into attackers like fools😤

I personally like the gameplay better than fifa. You can't just just slow down and turn around on a dime, the gameplay seems to be more geared towards realistic physical encounters. I've seen a player get hit in the nuts lol
