I actually buried my best friend and little sister last week Wednesday. She was the model for the small game I planned on making that was supposed to be a tribute for a friend who passed on earlier. She passed on before she could even see her character model💔. It feels so surreal to know and understand what you're going through. I'm still working through it all, healing and whatnot, but it really encourages me to see you pushing. Maybe I'll find healing too as I try and make the game, I'm not sure yet but I'll get there. Keep going, keep inspiring, keep making🔥🔥 heartfelt condolences brother, we'll get there.

Might end up sticking to the side project idea just so I can get a demo up and running for people to play while I add more, get feedback and polish it up. As someone who has gone through a very similar loss I feel a huge amount of respect for your situation. Love what you're doing and take the time you need for both yourself and the game!

awesome my tip is too just have 3d movement and lock the y axis as you need and release it when you need. Pretty simple to do same movement as the 3rd person template.
Oh that's not a bad idea! I like that. Haven't thought about just doing that and it would definitely take care of all the stupid issues with the spline tool
