Loved this show to bits, 3rd time seeing them, and as i adventure into adulthood this year, the life lessons SOCIAL DISTORTION have taught me will carry on with me as well.
So blessed to have seen this band many, many times through out the years.. I literally grown old with them.. First time seeing them was at house party in Fullerton CA. 2nd time was in backyard party in HB. It seems like a lifetime ago. One of most memorable moments was taking my son to see them at the HOB in Anaheim. It was for his 16th bday.. Getting consumed listening to the Mommy's little monster album in its entirety in the exact order. Then SD dove right into "1945" I looked down to see if my son was enjoying the show like I was so many times before.. However he was not there. A little panicked for a moment not knowing where he was. My eye caught him right in the middle of the mosh pit. That was my highlight.. a laugh out loud moment for sure..
I saw them this past October in Tulsa. Bought tix in April 2023. Mike got sick and the tour was postponed. Happy Mike is better and back at it. Social D 4 ever.......👍
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOOOUUUU!!!!! I literally JUST bought my ticket for PRB mainly because of Social D!! I've seen them 15 times and have a Skelly tattoo...Idc if I lose punk points I fucking LOVE this band so much But I live on the other coast (Boston) so I don't get to see them every month like you guys do
@@weirdowilliams3723 Thanks dude totally agree. Their music and his words have gotten me through the darkest times of my life. And I've been through than most people would be able to handle by the age of 40. Cheers, dude. 🤘
Ness was dealing with some shit. They had to break in a new Drummer, Guitarist, and a Marathon tour for '10. Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes came out in '11. Dealing with shit is Social D's bread and butter. They've been touring and doing live shows since then, and then the Cancer thing hit him around middle of 2023. He's still getting over that shit. They're supposed to be working on another record this year.
mike is NOT a prolific song-writer. he has written some great stuff through the years but they (the tunes) do not come easy. this is not a dig at mike just the truth.
So this is just an observation and for SD maybe Mr. Ness bout with throat cancer has something to do with it. But does anyone else notice any punk band from the 80’s 90’s and 2K’s slowing down the tempo of the music during the live sets. Have seen SD on a few different occasions from 90’s up until late 2K’s when tempo seemed much faster to me. Anyway, not talking shit on any band just merely an observation on my part.
Age man, it's the hard truth but i dont like to view that fact in a negative way. Truly a beautiful thing to see a spectacle like this at my age, and seeing them in the state that their in, as well as any other band, is just a nod to decades of history.
Nothing better than the SD holiday shows wrapping it up this year in Rockin Riverside. As always thank you for posting. Top notch. 🎉

If you are reading this, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025!!!
Great show last night. Loved it. Loved the local band that played just before social D too.
Thank you Geoffrey!
I love Mike's voice.
I was there with a friend. He had an extra ticket. That person couldn't make it. What a dope show.
@mr.g4272 I may have a chance to see them in Vegas if we end up going the weekend of PRB.

Difference between Social D and most bands. A library of good music without gimmicks. Full punk cred with me vato.

Happy New Year🎇🎆
Why did he change guitar around 5:00?
Audio slightly out of sync .
caramba que privilégio ver SD para começar o ano
Did mike get a hair transplant
Hair transplant is looking good
Just to hear "When She Begins" would have been worth the money. Saw them four out of five nights in San Diego last week and they never played it.
Questioning why they haven't put out a record since 2010??
He said last night that they have a new album coming next fall.

🤩🤗🙌
Maybe only Randy Newman can sing out of their nose better than Mike "Nasal" Ness!
What??
Wouldn't it be cool if there was a big wheel you can spin behind the drummer and it'll land on a song
elvis costello did that a few years back. it was fun.
Peace 🕊️ IN Our Hearts 💗 Happy New Year 🕛🎊 Together 🇺🇸💗
Love playing Bowies rock n roll suicide!!! Great show 🙏🏼
