I feel like it was. I hated the stock sound. This added a nice fun factor to the drive. In sport mode I get a really nice rev match sound when it downshifts. And for the price (I believe that I payed right around $400) you really can't beat it. It comes with the pipes to do either side exhaust or straight out the back. I did the dual side.
