I m born n brought up in Anand. My father studied in Agriculture College of Anand Campus. He did his PhD. degree in Agronomy subject in Australia n U.s.a. Later He was a professor in same college in 1960. After my father's retirement as a professor Dr.Verghees Kurien offered to him to work in Amul for Jersey Cows which brought from Canada to Anand for milk as experimental pupose. So my father was appointed for as a caretaker of fifty Jersey Cows in his guidence , like temperature, cattle food, grass , veterinary doctor's guidence etc etc.Dr.Kurien had a long visionary n he hv given his whole life n his excellent knowledge to make huge world famous brand Amul. The biggest dairy in Asia. Tribhuvandasji Patel's contribution is not less than Dr. Kurien.
thanks to him, now everyone is drinking low grade A1 milk instead of nutritious A2 milk of desi cows, as a result average IQ of indians is going down the gutter.

अमूल सचमुच अमूल्य है । मुझे उम्मीद नहीं थी कि अमूल में उत्पादों को बनाने में साफ सफाई का इतना ज्यादा ख्याल रखा जाता है ।
साफ़ सफ़ाई हमेशा इतनी नहीं होती
जब कंपनी को पता चलता है कि कोई पत्रकार यहां आने वाले हैं तो वे पहले से ही अच्छे से साफ़ सफ़ाई करके रखते हैं
मैं भी मिल्क कंपनी में जॉब करता हूँ, जब भी कोई उच्च अधिकारी या कोई मीडिया वाले आते हैं तो पहले से ही सारी तैयारी कर ली जाती हैं

@@lokeshkhobragade5227 अरे भाई यह दिखाने की सफाई नही बल्कि गुजरात की सभी अमूल डेरीमे ऐसी ही सफाई रखी जाती है। ऐसे ही अमूल का नाम नही बना। आनंद जिल्ले की जो यह अमूल डेरी आपने देखी वो गुजरात मे सबसे पहेली जरुर बनी थी लेकीन वह छोटी है अभी बनासकांढा की 'बनास', महेसाणा की 'सागर', और साबरकांढा की 'साबर', डेरीयां बहोत ही जायंट है और आटोमेटीकली है।
ऐक बार मुलाकात करे आखे चकरा जाएगी।

भाई दूध कलेक्शन, transportation, प्रोसेसिंग, packaging, मार्केटिंग packaged दुध का वापस transportation cost, seller का margin और अमूल फैक्ट्री के वर्कर्स और मॅनेजमेंट की सैलरी भी तो देनी होती है..अगर फुल क्रीम दुध खरीदेंगे और फुल क्रीम ही बेचेंगे तो घाटे का धंदा हो जाएगा..
धंदा फायदे में रहे इसलिए दुध की क्वालिटी में बदलाव किया जाता है..

Amul was set-up by Shri Tribhuvandas Patel and employ Dr Kurien, who was then a government employee looking road department. When machine in Tribhuvanji's dairy gone awry, he asked Kurien to repair it and was offered double the salary of what he was getting from government. But Kurien denied saying I am not machine engineer I am civil engineer. And then Tribhuvandasji said to him that being engineer whatever little you know about machine, try l do not mind if you can't do it. And that gave Kurien a confidence and he tried.
When he got private job in mumbai paying Rs.60 a month, Tribhuvanji hired him with that amount in Amul .
And this is Amul today we know.
So I believe Tribhuvandasji's contribution was not less than of Dr. Kurien .🙏

Dairy is really strengthening the farmers by giving them regular income apart from crops which are cashed 2 times per year. Be it amul, mother dairy or veta.

PRO tried to hide the place jaha niche raste se doodh jaa raha tha,woh surely milk tha ,itna mota ,white ,I dont think it was wastage,Good work camera man
Abhishek gave signal to cameraman to cut the shot or avoid to show that stuff. Its not hygienic atmosphere, that place is not clean. Title is misguiding and i am reporting this video.
That was purely waste milk discharged from clarifier, I'm a Dairy Technocrat and visited this plant for n number of times, Please read the concept of Clarification and Bactofugation of milk before giving remarks

प्योर चीज नहीं है यह केवल व्यापार है मशीनों से जो चीज बनती है प्योर नहीं होती है जो यह बटर दिखा रहे है वह अगर कोई भी आदमी 250 ग्राम खाले तो तबियत खराब हो जाएगी और यही चीज किसान के घर में जिसको बोलते हैं कच्चा घी बिना गर्म किया हुआ बिलोना से जब निकालते हुए 500 ग्राम खाले तो भी कुछ नहीं होगा इसलिए किसान के घर से सीधा खरीदें स्वस्थ रहें मस्त रहे

He was trying to hide that milk wastage or flow because it was exposed to wire and foot dust, timestamp 9:02 to 10:41. Lallantop team should have talked about this in the video but did not, so looks like paid promotion.
इसमें भी भारी झोल झाल है, जब किसान दूध देते है, तो उनका दूध फैट के हिसाब बहुत कम रेट मे लिया जाता है, और वही किसान डायरी से दूध लेने जाता जब उसके पास साधन नही होता तो उसे डेयरी वाले दोगुना दाम पे बिना फैट देखे भैंस या गाय किसी का भी दूध दे देते है।
