- In this tutorial, I show you how I made this bright and colorful Cinco De Mayo Spanish Tile wedding cake for a styled shoot last week! Just in time for the Holiday and wedding season to begin! I was so honored to be asked to work with all of these amazing local wedding vendors who I adore, to achieve such a unique wedding theme. I will link all of them here so you can check out all of the pictures and their work as well. This is a dummy cake since it was not to be eaten, but it can be done with real cake too. I hope you enjoy!!

This is stunning! I’ve watched other videos and they tint their royal icing. Is there a reason you took all that time to paint instead? Just like the look better?
Honestly there were just so many colors and I didn't want to have to take off the stencil that much;)

Thank you;) In real life I like to use a marshmallow fondant. For videos and at work, I use Satin Ice. It is really good too;)
