How do Brits feel about warmer weather coming in September?

Warm weather may be on the way, and so I took this opportunity to chat about whether this was an unmitigated good, and to evaluate the impact that the weather can have on people's moods in summer. Thank you to Mark for taking part and being this week's interviewee.
'Many parts of the UK have experienced a cooler and wetter Summer than usual thus far, although there are some suggestions that that may be about to change, with forecasts for next week predicting temperatures in the high twenties. How do you feel about this change?'
