Y'all touched on it perfectly. When people cry about lack of diversity, it's almost never the people that belongs to those groups and they only think about black people. People forget, Cody's mom is Cuban, there's Latinos, Asians, and Hispanics on tv every week. If the HIAC match went wouldai think the ple would be looked at in a better light. If The Rock wasn't on the board of directors, I don't think the tag match woulda main evented. The Rock better show up at the bloodline vs bloodline wargames otherwise, why is he here? Its not mania season. Personally, I view the opening match as a main event. There's nothing wrong with opening a show. The ple gimmick being to end blood fueds only really ended 1 of them. Everyone else will have promos on raw and continue till survivor series.
WWE would beat the racist allegations, if they would hire additional writers for the midcard story lines. Cause the current writing team has nothing for anyone that's not on the main card (i.e. the bloodline, drew and Punk, and The Judgement Day). So, it looks really bad that so many talented people of color are on constant side quests with no direction. They not (completely) racist, they are going through all of the growing pains Hollywood went through with people of color, just 20 years behind. Right now they are going through the stage that Hollywood was going through in the early 2000s, when everyone was asking for more writers of color cause white writers were borderline bringing things back to the culture exploitation era of the 70s.
