New subscriber here ❤️ I just started meal planning dinner & breakfasts only for a whole month! And buying our beef from a local farm (so yummy!). I was skeptical about the month of meals planned in one setting, but man I’m glad I tried it! It takes such a weight off my shoulders (single mom of 3 working from home) during the week & I would encourage anyone to try it. I only go to the store once a wk to get milk/fresh veg. If absolutely necessary & it saves so much money bc I’m not tempted to buy more.
We did a low spend in August and spent $700. My daughter was gone for a week and my husband was too for about half the month for work. July was $1200 and our usual budget is 900-1000 😳
Oh good job on your low spend month! It feels great to keep the cost low, but now it’s September and I feel like we’re getting low on a lot of our food items now and are due a big trip!

Oh goodness. Hate to hear one of the kids have pneumonia. Hope he or she feels better soon.
The peaches look really good, hope they are! I love the Pop Corners too, so good! I hope your child is feeling better, take care.
Off topic , but could you tell me what printer you use to print out your gather round units?
Are you going to show videos of your trip?
I made your korean beef and broccoli (did use carrots too) and my family loved it. I've had it in rotation several times since I saw it on your videa.
Oh I’m so glad you tried it and liked it! 😊
I am still trying to figure out why milk comes in bags in Eastern Canada and in jugs out west.
We have jugs too, but bagged is usually cheaper :)
Wow...this looks like more than $200.

@@mamatofive1 oh yes! Big Costco shop coming up for us soon 💲
Honestly there's no point in me watching the video if you don't mention the prices. If you did, that would be good.
