I love how she told him it was sad when they were crying outside of school in the beginning, but then burst out laughing when Ice Cube said the kid was found dead from an OD by his parents. 😂😂😂
The whole cast from the show basically appeared in the movie. Of course the obvious Depp and his partner that were killed were Tom and Doug on the show. Also the black female officer that released the car for them from the impound is Holly Robinson who played Judy. Finally the coach is watching the original 21 Jump St show on tv during the drug deal when people are walking in and that's scene has Harry who is played by Dustin Nguyen.
One of my favorite comedies it does very good with its trooes and references and all the actors do a very good job at being sincere in their roles as well
Hey Meg and Caleb, just saw this and you make a great team and seeing the reactions of you both especially with 21 Jump Street here was great and this was a great movie hope see both of you doing more videos together reacting to the movies. Thank You Meg and Caleb.😎
The kid that dies in the beginning of the movie is actor Johnny Simmons from one of my favorite movies Scott Pilgrim v The World. During his appearance in this movie he was dating Emma Watson which is a pretty big flex
Yeah women loved Channing Tatum for Magic Mike but really loved him more seeing him in this film I think it had to do with Channing's showing his other talent 🤔 I know it's on the tip of my "tounge" but just can't remember what it was 😂😂
Any chance you guys could do The Godfather I & II? A very different kind of movie, but Meg seemed to really enjoy the Mafia games, so it seems only fair to show her *the* mob movie of all time that inspired those games.
I loved this movie, and it wasn't something that I normally would have liked. Hollywood was kinda on a roll with reboots. They were just revving up the machine, with films, like Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky and Hutch, Land of the Lost, and Charlie's Angels. I mean, the formula was to take something old, turn it into a comedy, and mock it & get in a few hits in. Basically destroy the original for laughs & hopefully make a few bucks. What I appreciate about this production, is that it was completely self aware. It was aware of the stigma of being a reboot, and it continued to disclose and acknowledge what it was doing. By doing so, it reassured the audience that it wasn't taking itself seriously. Probably one of the worst things you can do, when making a reboot, is hoping the topic is so obscure that you can pass the thing off as an original idea. I like how they acknowledge straightway that it's not original. By doing so, it actually made this film unique and original. I think the direction they took it was brilliant. There are so many good and unexpected laughs. I'm sure you guys will love the next one. That is what I'm about to find out...
I really only liked this film as soon as I saw Johnny Depp in it and the other at the from the original 21 Jump Street which I prefer tbh. I personally wish Johnny Depp and the other actor survived in this movie
@@jarodM6 Yeah, he hated working on the show after season 2 because he wanted to branch out into more complex character roles, he tried so hard to get himself fired to leave, which never worked, but was allowed to leave after season 4.
25:50 the funniest part about this is the kid died from an overdose. Implying that he took it multiple times. Them taking the drug once isn’t going to get them hooked and it definitely won’t kill them. So they fingered each other’s mouths for no reason.
@MegMage Reacts Can you please do the necessary edits and then upload ALL of your Batman: The Animated Series reactions onto UA-cam? If you do, I'll subscribe.

Jesus you just unlocked a core memory with that punch buggy line Meg. I haven’t thought about that in a long time.
Imho, 22 Jump Street is funnier than 21st Jump Street. Do not skip it, folks.
Saw the Coheed shirt in the thumbnail. Have to support my fellow COTF.
100% agree about Channing Tatum
Great reaction! Your laughing made me laugh. Hope you watch the sequel because 22 Jump Street is just as funny if not funnier
Any chance you guys could do The Godfather I & II? A very different kind of movie, but Meg seemed to really enjoy the Mafia games, so it seems only fair to show her *the* mob movie of all time that inspired those games.

16:35 "one of them gonna hook up with the mom" hopefully not the actual son

Johnny Depp requested his character be killed off in this movie.
@@KazumaKuzuryu4162 I didn't know that

18:04 I love how the "I look like Fred Savage from The Wonder Years" comment completely went over both of their heads....millenials! 😂

Love your Coheed shirt😊
may Korean Jesus bless you guys
why edit out the gun shots? totally ruined it and it accomplishes nothing.
If playing with gunshot noises was a big enough deal to ruin this for you, you have some serious stuff to work out lolol. I just thought it was funny.
smells like jesus in here..
