@@renamaya5335 all I’m aware of is that you’ll get guaranteed heirloom shards once you open your 500th pack, whether it’s from ones you bought or from a pack you get from leveling up. Packs 1-499 all have a 1% chance of having them so it all comes down to luck for the most part
