In this video, Adam goes over the importance of ball position and how it influences your starting lines. In order to master your ball position for perfect starting lines, you need to understand a ball that is back in the stance will start out more right. With a ball forward of stance, the ball will start out more left. Mason in this video is trying to achieve a fade that starts left of his target line.

Man, I could watch him swing all day and listen to you coach him thru it! If I could go back in time with this knowledge…
That part about him talking about the feeling of pushing the ball rather than covering the ball is super important. I’m guilty of coming way to out to in. Glad to know you can still cut the ball while feeling like you’re pushing it
I’m 52 been playing for nearly 30 years. Can’t break 100. I’ve been watching for about 40 years. I suck, but golf is def fun! Ty Porzak Golf for helping me enjoy playing this game again. Your instruction is top shelf!
I’m saving this one! Great explanation on the bump.
This explanation on the bump 👌 👏 and setup is super clear . Keep showing it for us followers as it is the foundation of what you teach I think 🤔
2:53. Notice the head cover flying. Porzak had him start putting the head cover under his left arm pit.
Excellent parting of knowledge. (Gordon Scotland)
Damn what a swing!
Because of the bump, at setup, "weight" favors right side of body? Pressure is inside right foot, because of knee is slightly kicked in, and upper body(above waist) leans away from target? In backswing, first pressure increases inside right foot until centering happens and finally pressure peaks under left foot, but sternum should be behind ball at impact? Have I understand this correctly?
Love your coaching sessions, wish i was younger...Do you have drills for better posting or to use more of the ground forces?
Getting us all dialed in 🤙🏾😎
Yessir!
Can you speak on the trail foot in the swing? Should it spin or roll in on the downswing?
Hi Adam,
I have been playing golf over 6 years. I'm in 50S, and intermediate level (among a woman's group ) except putting. Putting is a weakness in my play. I tried, and liked thease putters; Bettinardi queen B6, BB11, inovai 7.0 and Scotty Cameron phantom X 11, super select newport 2 plus , but I couldn't decide one.
Could you recommend one for me?
I really appreciate.
I'm curious. Been working on posting on inside of right foot but it seems like I'm not getting much transfer to front foot too get down in front of ball.
when i do the hip bump, i feel like my weight more in my left foot than the right foot. is this correct? great videos. thank you
Yes with a short iron or wedge, it will even out the longer the club gets and ultimately with the driver would be opposite, driver would be 55/60 instep of trail foot and 40/45 lead foot
@@PorzakGolf thank you !
you should run for president 🤣😉🙏 4.6 to 1.7 in 5 months !
Hahhahaha! Yes!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Still talking about face controlling the second half of the shot. "If I want it to bleed to the right a little I'll just open the face a bit." Well that implies path dictates start line-the "old" way. I can't get my mind around the "new ball flight laws" . Am I completely hearing you wrong??
If the clubface is 1 more degree open on any shot, everything else equal, the ball should go a little more right, relatively
Stripe show.
World class player?…easy
On his way!
