not true. there is 1 gp that is assigned to you depending of your permanent residence address. that one has to take you in no matter what. if you want a different one, then that one can decline. I think you should be able to find it out from your insurance company. Same thing goes for dentist and pediater.
Dear Vensa, thank you for comment. The video is about foreign students without pernament residence, who are having commercial, not public insurance in Slovakia. If you have commercial insurance in Slovakia, you will need to find your GP first as it is not their obligation to take you.
