ALWAYS love your lessons -- so clear, so concise and easy to follow. The chord diagrams pop-ups are great. Thank you Jamie!
You're very welcome!
I now know what a walk down is. You explain and show things very well. Your awesome. Thanks.
Excellent! Keep playing.
Dear, Jamie, sheer joy.

Thanks Jamie..especially for the walk downs..I love CCR..
You're welcome. I love CCR too.
Thanks for the great lesson.I really appreciate the closeups of the walk downs. I’ll give those a try because I think they make quite a difference to the song. 😉
You're welcome, Barry. Yes, those walk-downs bring your playing up to the next level. They're fun, too.
What a surprise🎉 " Jamie" you're the best🌷
Thanks, Donald!
Thanks again I will practice ☺🙂😊🤗
My pleasure.
Wonderful! I am trying to learn that song right now. It usually takes me three weeks, if I practice really hard, but I will get it down to my level of playing for sure!
Some songs take more practice. Keep playing!
@Neil Deperandum - This a lesson, it's supposed to be dry and technical. Too many UTube "teachers" forget that! Jamie is one of my four favorite teachers on UTube.
Thank you, Neil! That's it exactly. In this context it's not my job to be entertaining but to teach someone else a song or technique.
Love your lesson. You are really a great teacher. Thank you.
Thank you, Brigitina
Thanks again Jaime!! You break it down so nicely for all of us. I always enjoy looking out for you and your lessons. All the best to you !!
You are very welcome, Kevin! Glad you're tuning in.
Loved it..I so admire you. I have a problem with the stop X ..but will really try harder to get it right
Thanks. Try slowing it way down.
Very good lesson - I LIKE IT - Greetings from Germany!
Thanks, Harry! If you haven't already, please subscribe.
My favorite too💞
Magic

You're welcome, Robert
Great Lesson. Thank You!
You're very welcome!
I really enjoyed songs from ccr. Thanks a lot. You are such a fantastic teacher.
You're very welcome! I'm a big CCR fan.
I've been trying this, Jamie but it's quite difficult. And I so grateful that you thank my comment
And by the way I'm Marcel
You're welcome, Marcel. Yes, this one has a lot of elements. Focus on one section at a time and don't try to do it all at once. Keep playing!
And I'm just new here to your chanel
Ah, this is so cool! 🤩😍 What a great percussive technique! I play without a pick, so I used the side of my thumb instead of my palm, this is great fun!🥰💖 Now can you demonstrate the thumb slap(pop) on the bass string percussive technique- it looks and sounds so cool, but no one does it slow enough that I can get it down!🥰💖💖💖💖
Glad you enjoyed it. I'm not sure what you mean by thumb slap, sorry.
GREAT JOB JAIME!!! THANK YOU!!!🙏🙏🙏😍
You're welcome, Geralyn. If you haven't already, please subscribe.
Thanks Jamie, great to learn a new strum as well! I was thinking I'd love to learn some simple tips about alternative tunings if you'd like to share about that some time 🌻😃
You're welcome, Linda. I'll add alternate tunings to the list, thanks.
Complete play-through starts at 11:33. John Denver's "Annie's Song", finger-picked , please.
I'll add that to the list. It may be awhile before I get to it.
Good job. 👍👍
Thanks!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Good lesson
Thanks, William.
One of these days, O delightful Ms Anderson, I’m going to see you play with some passion. A little less accuracy perhaps but some drive, dynamism, passion. I know it’s in there somewhere. Let’s see it! Surely that is what music is about. Show us!
Have you seen my original music? All the passion you want is there: ua-cam.com/play/PLOQxX1VhvmZyinISCn-vVvSmS8qHbhXG3.html
@@JamieAndersonMusic - thank you for replying! I’ll check it out 🙂

Your easy to follow. Great lesson. I have a problem with strumming and singing at the same time. I have know problem doing the strumming on any song but when I start to sing it. I loose the concentration on the strumming. So frustrating.
You're not alone. A lot of beginners have that problem. This video will help you: ua-cam.com/video/V08sUDZcmoA/v-deo.html
Thank u
@@donnaknopp7847 You're welcome
Thanks Jamie, but I am a beginner, lve still got to learn
If you're just starting to play, try this lesson: ua-cam.com/video/FV2JRMmiDZo/v-deo.html
Do you have tutorial of the beautiful song
" Why not let bygones be bygones? "
No, sorry.
Please take me home on the TikTok I Love The song
I don't know it, sorry.
Thank you for your help. Do you know how to play Cannonball by damin rice?
No, sorry
@@JamieAndersonMusic ok. I like the way you teach.
Hi, when you go up how many strings you have to hit.
Like all things guitar it depends on how you want the song to sound, but upstrums typically hit 2 or 3 of the treble strings (the thinnest strings).
Do you mean on the strum? Hit all the strings on the chord -- it depends on the chord.
@@JamieAndersonMusic Example like this song up strumming for each chord how many strings? 3 bottom one or all of them. I like the way you teach.
@@bruceringrose7539 Thank. Just start to learn making sure.
@@dustintran9459 Thank you. For the Am and C chord, strum five strings but not the top one. For G, strum all the strings. For F, strum the bottom 4 strings.
Turn around please if you know let me know
I don't know that song, sorry
Love the lesson it was great thanks for the close-ups I can really see that as always excellent thank you so much for sharing your talent keep rocking
You're welcome, Jadean!
