Hi, This is Preethi, welcome back to my channel. Hope you guys are doing well and staying safe.
Today I am here with an interesting topic. We have been taking care of our hair all our lives.
In this video, we will getting into exactly such hair-care myths that most of us maybe yourself included, have accepted without question. To make it more fun, we’ll do this in a question and answer format with a couple of options. Let's go ahead and separate fact from fiction.

I wanna say something,,didi,,I'm from Bangladesh,,17 year old teenager,,I used to be overweight,, I was highly bullied because of that. a few years back, I almost left eating,,I left all food nutritions,,I became super thin,,then I started to eat again and I was normal that time,,then lockdown hit,,and I became fat again and I remember even my teacher said that a few days later ,I won't be able to pass a door of the room..but I was struggling mentally because of many other much more important stuffs,,and I was broken by everything,,then a year ago,,I decided to get back to the life,,your video inspired me,,won't be lying,,,I didn't want to sacrifice my nutritions this time,,saw many other videos,,got ideas,,but you inspired me somehow and you are too sweet,,,on may,2022,,I was 59 kgs,,with 5'1 height,,,and today ,,on january 2023,,,I'm 49,,I just went with the flow,,and yeah...,,thanks,,leaving sugar,,was totally your credit..I love you di.

@@IrfunHavingFun there was almost no diet,, I slowly quitted sugar,,, ate veggies, fruits,, I had as much carbs as I needed,, depending on my activity level.. Increased protein intake,, and I did listen to my body,, left fast foods,, but I had whatever I wanted once a week,, or whenever I felt low,, and one more thing,, I loved doing intermittent fasting whenever my body felt right..
