Love the process videos for your Faith planner! I am a day at a time decorator in all my journals, but my best friend is a week at a time planner, those methods suit our life styles.
I agree. SOAP method is ok, but I don’t use it myself, so I use a big vertical lined planner for my Faith planner, and then I Faith decorate it myself with favorite verses, images, etc. I just received the vertical lined Homesteader planner, and am excited for July so I can start to use it. I think it is gorgeous and perfect for Faith planning. ✝️🙂 Love your videos. Thanks Elisa!
I have 2 faith planners too. I use a horizontal the same way you’re using your Plum Paper one, with a scripture verse and notes on it. Currently I have a classic but I’m changing to big in July. Then I use a classic vertical where I print out labels for 3 different prompts each week that I work with (confessions, gratitude, extra faith work, worship, praises, etc.). You could use the standard SOAP layout too and just change headers (I’ll be doing that next year). I just found that I wanted to focus on more than just the scripture but didn’t want to give that up either. The prompts help me a lot!
I have to ask- what kind of acrylic thing did you use to organize your devotional materials and where did you get it? I struggle with how to do that when I open a devotional kit.
I don't hold my Bible. I jot down the scripture references to look at them later on. Usually, my pastor reads them out loud and they are projected on a screen as well, so I don't feel like I need to have my Bible out at the same time as the sermon. I generally just look at them closer afterward!
I love this video. I love process videos on the faith planning. I’d love more. 😊
Tons on my channel - definitely check out the faith planning playlist 😉
You give me so many ideas!
Yay!! That’s always my goal.

Yup, it is cool how you can change up the style to fit how you like to plan.
❤ thank you for always giving me inspiration ❤
You are very very welcome!
Really like the addition of the stampings!⚾️
Yeah, they work so well for this setup!
Really enjoy watching and listening as you create your spreads no matter the subject!💙💛🪴

That's awesome! I was looking into the Homesteader planner as a faith planning option as well!

That is awesome! Sounds like you are really honing in on a system that works well for you.
Have you made a video on decorating your Power Verse pages?
I have! You can search Power Verse on my channel.
@@ScrappyWife thanks! I am enjoying your bible journaling class! Just bought it!

Those are from the Home Edit line at Walmart! They work really well for me and I like how they fit into each other.
I’m struggling with the whole… holding the Bible and taking sermon notes in my faith planner. How do you all get this done?

I use a separate Sermon Notes journal from Hobby Lobby that is much smaller. It comes with three small notebooks.
