Bought mine in 2015 and it still works marvelously. The battery isn't good anymore and still holds easily 5 hours of continuous music, way more time than what I actually have. It's small, no interruption, with radio, and Bluetooth for a wireless headphones. Probably the best music player of all time.
I take mine camping. It’s light and I listen to the park radio. (Radio needs the headphones as an antenna). I heard a bad storm was coming in and packed with my new gf and went to a bed and breakfast. Our friends stayed… and got soaked. Saved that trip. It also has a dictation app that appears if you plug in headphones with a mic. It’s a great device.
I've had my Nano for almost 10 years. Found it lightly used in a pawn shop for 40 bucks and It's still going strong. I would love it more if it wasn't for the fact that it constantly gets corrupted files and I have to reformat it once every few months. Also whenever Apple updates the drivers for iTunes it usually doesn't simultaneously update the iPod drivers so it looses the ability to sync so once again I have to reformat it to get it to connect again. That aside it is great and I love it and I still use it as a primary music device instead of using my phone.
Luckily I haven’t had and of the corruption issues and fingers crossed that I don’t. I find myself using mine more and more. I’ve even started buying music again!
@chrisguess people are always shocked when I pull it out and I always recommend getting one but that issue is pretty much the one thing that's frustrating about it. Thing got me through long shifts at my first job. We weren't allowed to have our phones with us but it was small enough to fit in my jeans' little coin slot or whatever that pocket is for and you wouldn't notice it.
I still use it watch some classic movies 😅 in this tiny screen. I still have 26hrs of playback time of music. I watch videos of 2 hours more than enough and still holds some charge for music for 10hrs.
Fun production quality bro. Been looking for one of these for ages but all of the sellers where I live have the price jacked right up!
Thank you. Hopefully I don’t help push the price up. I guess it’s all about timing.
iPod Nano 6g for me :)
Still works perfectly I don’t mind wired headphones and I wouldn’t wanna miss my iPods clip!

I hate that its the only iPod and last device that has the side buttons. THIS WAS AND STILL IS MINDBLOWINGLY CONVENIENT
I agree, I think it’s super underrated. I wish my phone was this small and with this set of controls.
Agree. Being able to move through tracks and playlists without paying attention to a screen is priceless.
@tl9150 yes I totally agree, it makes such a difference
@ I think the other thing people don’t talk about is the side benefit of navigating without using battery for the screen to be on.
another great video chris. loved my ipod nano but once i got one i never upgraded 😅
Thank you. Yeah I have to be honest I just love the simplicity of a dedicated music player.

Thank you, I will do my best

Yeah that rocks, it’s the perfect size for the 5th pocket.

I misunderstood the title and I was like "wdym, my ipod video is still running"
Ha ha, that would be random!
where to get one of these , i want to buy one
I got mine from eBay
the itouch 7th gen is pretty decent and still gets updates, but battery life is terrible.
I still wish I would’ve brought one brand new while they were still available
