The original sounds way better. The Ashen Demon is a theme that plays whenever you fight Byleth in Fire Emblem Three Hopes where the title they have is "The Ashen Demon", a title given to them because of how they effortlessly cut down foes with an unfeeling expression.
"Battle! Ashen Demon" sounds like some sort of corrupted legendary theme. Maybe something were you have to beat or capture three other legendaries to get a chance at facing down the leader, Like how Regigigas needed all 3 golems to be awoken.
Five bucks says Byleth would use one of the Creation trio as their ace Pokémon. Dialga, most likely. The alternative would be either Giratina for Three Hopes Byleth or Arceus for Three Houses Byleth.
