@Mose Atigi Though we agree with the idea that you put forth, these final prophecies will be very beneficial to understand before they come to pass. Just like with the prophesied destruction of Jerusalem. The only reason why no Christian was killed there, is because they understood the prophecy, saw the signs, and escaped in time. So it will be in the end-time. Jesus told us to watch and pray, and to see the signs of the times, so that we may be prepared for what is to come.

Amen! Let me encourage you, the best way to not fall for evil/sin/deception, is to have the truth settled deep in your heart. Many people get caught in trying to figure out all the methods of deception, the ways of evil, but this is an endless persuit. Yes, it is good to know some things, but the most important, the most essential, is for you to know the truth. When you have that, you will be able to recognize everything that is not in line with the truth, therefore you know automatically that it is a deception. I want to caution you very much about this teaching. The mark the beast is a superscription in the Greek on the handle for him it's not Sunday worship. I do agree that The Bible does not say that we need to worship on Sunday. However Sunday is not the market the beast does not really make sense. I guess millions and millions of christians are gonna go to hell because they worship on Sunday I don't think so. But I will tell you this apparently this guy belongs to the 7th day Adventist church. They believe that Jesus Christ is the archangel Michael which is blasphemy. Jesus is Almighty God in the flesh he is not a created angel. I agree. We worship on the first day of the week to honor the resurrection. Maybe you could benefit from what I do. I have an audio Bible and play it in my house 24/7. Sometimes I start at Genesis, sometimes I start at Job, sometimes I start at Isaiah and sometimes I start at Matthew. I can hear the whole New Testament in a day, 7 times in a week if I want to. I never know when God will reveal something to me or speak to me. It keeps showing me were I am wrong about something.
It is now time for us to rise up and be strong in the Lord and i will declare my faith boldly . I for one am not afraid to speak up for myself and fight for my faith and stand firm for God as I belong to Him and believe and want to go home to Him.As we must stand for Jesus . Amen
This is pretty cool because Jesus has been teaching me about the sabbath. I was stunned when reading my Bible as it sunk in that Sunday was not the sabbath. The sabbath actually starts at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday. No work, no cooking, no shopping. So I make Saturday meals on Friday. I don’t do any chores around the house during the sabbath and spend time worshiping and reading my Bible. I looked for a church that kept the sabbath but couldn’t find one.

I grew up a preachers son. We always worshiped on sunday. I have recently discovered that sunday is not the sabbath but that the sabbath begins on sunset friday to sunset saturday. Its difficult to find churches with saturday service but until I find one, I give God all my attention. Some of my friends think I'm nuts but I don't care. keep the sabbath holy....saturday.

I have a question. If one stopped attending church and now conduct studies of the word of god and prays at home thereby having a close relationship with Jesus, will that person go to hell?
Good question Nell. May I take the liberty to shift the focus? :) Rather than seeking how to avoid hell, it's better to seek how to do what is best. We don't just want to avoid hell, but live in God's perfect will for our lives, right? With that in mind, we know that the Bible instructs us to meet together, in a special way on His holy day, the Sabbath (Leviticus 23:3). Of course it is awesome to study the Word and pray. But God tells us it is too important to come together with other believers. One of the reasons for that is because fellowshipping with others is a huge blessing. You'll be blessed yourself, and you can also be a blessing to others. Does that make sense? :) Blessings sister.

Nessa Love, God is looking at our hearts. Jesus is simply one translation of the name of Christ. When we call upon Yeshua, Jesus, Joshua (direct translation from the Hebrew name Yeshua), he knows that we are calling out to Him. I heard someone say that when we use the name Jesus we are actually praying to Zeus. Does that sound right to you? Is God blind to our thoughts and hearts and intentions by the words coming out of our mouths? No way. No matter what language we speak there is power in the name of Jesus/Yeshua.

It was Emperor Constantine who decreed that Christians should no longer keep the Sabbath and keep only to Sunday (the latter part of the first day of the week) calling it the "Venerable Day of the Sun". Already we are not following the sabbath as commanded by the Lord.
The seventh day is Saturday it was a Roman Constantine who changed it to Sunday by civil law. Look at the calendar. Sunday to Saturday.. Read the bible dont be decieved. When we first found that out, we tried to tell those in our Sunday keeping church, but no one listened. We then decided we want to obey God rather than man, left that church and found a Sabbath keeping church. By all means, tell your church, as they are missing out on an incredible gift from God, and are unfaithful to God's commandments. It would be awesome if they turn from their ways and become Sabbath keepers. No that’s not what anyone is saying. It says here are they that keep the commandments of god and the faith of Jesus. You keep Gods commandments and have the faith OF JESUS. What was his faith?? He had faith in god and KEPT gods laws and commandments perfectly. And if we are to walk as he walked, don’t you think that means keeping gods commandments which are forever???? You can’t just go around saying oh I’m saved by Jesus and continue doing what you want. Yes you are saved by grace through faith but after that it’s on you to act. Basically you have only sealed your mind with belief, the other part is actions. You have to act upon your faith or else it is dead. Faith without works (actions) is dead.. I bought into the whole church thing long ago tht all you have to do is believe in Jesus. But I learned that is only half of it. Just believing in Jesus did nothing for me. I was living a horrible life doing what I want bc I knew I could come to church on Sunday, say a prayer and be fine but I was wrong! Once I started doing the action part life got way better! So no just keeping sabbath only does not save you, nor does JUST believing in Jesus. Anybody can do that.

The “mark” of the “beast” is not a physical mark upon your skin. The Bible says: Deuteronomy 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. God’s law goes into your heart, soul, hand, and forehead. According to the Bible, words like mark, seal, sign, token, and memorial are all interchangeable (Exodus 13:9, & 13:16, Deuteronomy 6:8). God’s name also goes into your forehead (Rev[Revelation] 14:1). During the time of the mark of the beast, those who will be obedient to God will receive His “seal” (Rev 7:1-3, also called “mark” in Ezekiel 9:4). An obedient church is represented as a pure virgin (2 Corinthians 11:2). This is why the church is often called the “Bride of Christ”. An unfaithful church is called a “harlot”. If you refuse to obey God, instead of having the Father’s name written in your forehead, you will have a “whore’s forehead” (Jeremiah 3:3). A perfect example of this is Satan’s headquarters, the “Whore of Babylon”. Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. The “Mother of Harlots” (meaning she is their leader, through the belief of her doctrines) is riding upon a beast (Rev 17:3). She is one with the beast; she is in control of it. While God has His laws which go into your hands and forehead, she has Satan’s law, which can also go into your right hand or forehead (Rev 13:16). Those who will obey her laws of worship, and worship her or her children (made into her image) will drink the wine of God’s wrath, and they will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, in the presence of Christ, and in the presence of the believers of Christ (Rev 14:9-11, & 20:9). To avoid that, and the beast’s “mark” you must keep God’s commandments (Rev 14:12). Scientific discovery has recently revealed that the frontal lobe of the cerebrum, which in laymen's terms is called the forehead, is where functions like decisions, judgments, and free will are made. We are sealed by God when we make the free will decision to accept Jesus as our Saviour and His Word as Truth. This then causes our lives to be affected by His doctrine, teachings, and most importantly, His COMMANDMENTS. The forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. In prophecy, the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. (Jer. 38:23)

Now let's look at how the beast administers his mark. "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads." Revelation 13:16 In this verse we now see the mark of the beast is not only being received in the forehead, it's in the hand as well. We already found the forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. But, what of those that receive it in the hand? Truth is, much of mankind is not likely to "freely" go along with the beast's plans. So, he has to rely on the use force instead. This is where the hand comes into play. Jeremiah 38:23, "... thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire." Ecclesiastes 9:10, "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." In prophecy the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. As we all know, Jesus will never force Himself on us. He prefers we choose to worship Him of our own free will. (decision made in the MIND) In the revolt of Heaven, two thirds of Heaven made the right choice. However, one third made the sinful choice and fell along with Satan. (see Revelation 12:4) Even our first Parents had to deal with choice. Just as the forbidden fruit in Eden was a choice for them, the forbidden mark of the beast is a choice for us. BOTH choices have a "life or death" consequence, and both choices declare who we choose to obey. Daniel and the three worthies had this choice as did Mordecai and Esther. This is always the devil's main mode of attack. Why would he choose a different method when all his past efforts worked so well? In fact, Satan used the Law again when he used the Vatican to kill over 500 million Christians between 538ad and 1798ad. They refused to break commandment #1 by bowing before the Eucharist set up by the Catholic church as a "god" on earth worthy of worship. The choice will soon be placed before all living souls on earth. The beast will seek to use force against those that won't make the decision to worship him right off. This is why the hand is mentioned here. Satan will use force against God's people by removing their ability to work, as well as coerce them by other methods. In other words, let's say you do refuse to go along and loose your job or business. It's not over yet. Satan will then seek to force you to buy things in ways you might not expect. One example could be, if your faith is weak in trusting Christ to feed you during this time as He promised to do in Isaiah 33:16, Satan will dangle food you have to purchase. He will place this before your eyes as "your only way" when you're hungry. But in order to purchase the food you must go along with the Roman mandate, thereby receiving the mark in the hand by doing so. Luke 17:33, "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it." Since we understand making the decision to accept Jesus as Saviour, as well as accepting His teachings which includes His Law, is the same as being sealed or marked in the forehead by Jesus as one who is saved and or marked with a seal of approval by the Creator. We must also understand, that accepting the doctrines, teachings, or traditions of the Roman Catholic church that is directed by men who in turn are directed by Satan, would mean we accepted the mark of the beast in the forehead. Also understand there will be those that aren't Catholic or even Christian. But they will do as the beast commands for fear of death, or loss of their livelihood from not being able to buy or sell anything unless he or she had the mark. Those that fear loosing their ability to "buy & sell" will be bluntly making the decision to accept the demands of the beast over and above the Commandments of the Lord. These will be those who receive the mark in the right hand because they were forced against their will. Their "forehead" wasn't marked because they did not "decide" to agree of their own free will. They don't want to loose their lively-hood in which the "buy and sell" global boycott will cause. That will eventually force many to go along with the laws of the beast, ESPECIALLY the rich who have never learned to trust the Lord in the first place. (See Luke 18:25,26 Summing it up... If you receive the "mark" by choice, this means you've made the free will decision that the "Traditions of man" are acceptable over Scripture. Therefore you will be marked in the forehead. If you're forced to receive the mark by not being able to buy or sell, or any other means of force that go against your free will, it will be that you're one that is marked "in the right hand."

The verse you refer to is actually not talking about the weekly Sabbath, but the yearly and feast Sabbaths (those were shadows pointing forward to Jesus, just like the drink offerings. The weekly Sabbath cannot be a shadow, because it was instituted before sin even came into the world). The original king James and older manuscripts say “in” the hand and “in” the head. There will be a real mark that is beyond Sunday Saturday services of worship. And this is what will regulate commerce.

@Guma Nelson It is not about praying on Sunday, you might have misunderstood the message. It is about keeping the commandments of man, rather than God's. Can this be tracked? All we have to do is look back in history. We see for example that Daniel was "busted" for praying (following God) instead of following the commandment of man (don't pray to anyone else than King Darius). They didn't need a register then to identify those who do not follow the commandments of man. Same goes for the dark ages and Sunday worship. Millions of people have been brutally tortured and killed because they did not follow the commandments of man through the Catholic Church. Did not need a register. If we then look at all the technology we have available now, camera's everywhere, digital control and finance, social media and Google, do you really think it will be hard for those with evil minds to find those who do not belong? What church has a Saturday service? Almost none. Grew up in a Catholic Church. Went to circle square ranch ( Christian) . Baptized in a lake. Born again. Called a Jesus freak by my parents, backslide, married a Catholic. Found my lord God and saviour again. Stopped attending catholic church, hubby unhappy with me. Called me a bible thumper. This does make sense to me. I've always thought it was the catholic church. But what about the this passage?.. So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality. Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on pious self-denial or the worship of angels, saying they have had visions about these things. Their sinful minds have made them proud, and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For he holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it. You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as, "Don't handle! Don't taste! Don't touch!" ? Such rules are mere human teachings about things that deteriorate as we use them. These rules may seem wise because they require strong devotion, pious self-denial, and severe bodily discipline. But they provide no help in conquering a person’s evil desires. Colossians 2:16-20, 22-23 NLT Here it clearly says don't judge anyone for not keeping the sabbath. That Jesus is the fulfillment of the sign of the sabbath.

I checked it out. I respectfully don't agree with your opinion on this though. I believe the Jesus is my rest. If I had to keep that law I'd have to keep all the others. Jesus came to be our ultimate rest. It is finished. All we need is to believe in his sacrifice and love him. When asked how to optain eternal life Jesus answered "love the lord God with all your heart & love people as yourself". He never said and also keep the Sabbath. He is the Sabbath my friend. The various elements of the Sabbath symbolized the coming of the Messiah, who would provide a permanent rest for His people. Once again the example of resting from our labors comes into play. With the establishment of the Old Testament Law, the Jews were constantly "laboring" to make themselves acceptable to God. Their labors included trying to obey a myriad of do’s and don’ts of the ceremonial law, the Temple law, the civil law, etc. Of course they couldn’t possibly keep all those laws, so God provided an array of sin offerings and sacrifices so they could come to Him for forgiveness and restore fellowship with Him, but only temporarily. Just as they began their physical labors after a one-day rest, so, too, did they have to continue to offer sacrifices. Hebrews 10:1 tells us that the law "can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship." But these sacrifices were offered in anticipation of the ultimate sacrifice of Christ on the cross, who "after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right of God" (Hebrews 10:12). Just as He rested after performing the ultimate sacrifice, He sat down and rested-ceased from His labor of atonement because there was nothing more to be done, ever. Because of what He did, we no longer have to "labor" in law-keeping in order to be justified in the sight of God. Jesus was sent so that we might rest in God and in what He has provided.
@Artie Fusion that is exactly right! When studying Revelation it is very important to understand that it often uses symbolic language. Think for example the beasts, or Jesus walking in the middle of the candlestick, etc. We discuss in the video what the hand and forehead represent, hands=actions and forehead=conviction/beliefs. let's look at how the beast administers his mark. "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads." Revelation 13:16 In this verse we now see the mark of the beast is not only being received in the forehead, it's in the hand as well. We already found the forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. But, what of those that receive it in the hand? Truth is, much of mankind is not likely to "freely" go along with the beast's plans. So, he has to rely on the use force instead. This is where the hand comes into play. Jeremiah 38:23, "... thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire." Ecclesiastes 9:10, "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." In prophecy the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. As we all know, Jesus will never force Himself on us. He prefers we choose to worship Him of our own free will. (decision made in the MIND) In the revolt of Heaven, two thirds of Heaven made the right choice. However, one third made the sinful choice and fell along with Satan. (see Revelation 12:4) Even our first Parents had to deal with choice. Just as the forbidden fruit in Eden was a choice for them, the forbidden mark of the beast is a choice for us. BOTH choices have a "life or death" consequence, and both choices declare who we choose to obey. Daniel and the three worthies had this choice as did Mordecai and Esther. This is always the devil's main mode of attack. Why would he choose a different method when all his past efforts worked so well? In fact, Satan used the Law again when he used the Vatican to kill over 500 million Christians between 538ad and 1798ad. They refused to break commandment #1 by bowing before the Eucharist set up by the Catholic church as a "god" on earth worthy of worship. The choice will soon be placed before all living souls on earth. The beast will seek to use force against those that won't make the decision to worship him right off. This is why the hand is mentioned here. Satan will use force against God's people by removing their ability to work, as well as coerce them by other methods. In other words, let's say you do refuse to go along and loose your job or business. It's not over yet. Satan will then seek to force you to buy things in ways you might not expect. One example could be, if your faith is weak in trusting Christ to feed you during this time as He promised to do in Isaiah 33:16, Satan will dangle food you have to purchase. He will place this before your eyes as "your only way" when you're hungry. But in order to purchase the food you must go along with the Roman mandate, thereby receiving the mark in the hand by doing so. Luke 17:33, "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it." Since we understand making the decision to accept Jesus as Saviour, as well as accepting His teachings which includes His Law, is the same as being sealed or marked in the forehead by Jesus as one who is saved and or marked with a seal of approval by the Creator. We must also understand, that accepting the doctrines, teachings, or traditions of the Roman Catholic church that is directed by men who in turn are directed by Satan, would mean we accepted the mark of the beast in the forehead. Also understand there will be those that aren't Catholic or even Christian. But they will do as the beast commands for fear of death, or loss of their livelihood from not being able to buy or sell anything unless he or she had the mark. Those that fear loosing their ability to "buy & sell" will be bluntly making the decision to accept the demands of the beast over and above the Commandments of the Lord. These will be those who receive the mark in the right hand because they were forced against their will. Their "forehead" wasn't marked because they did not "decide" to agree of their own free will. They don't want to loose their lively-hood in which the "buy and sell" global boycott will cause. That will eventually force many to go along with the laws of the beast, ESPECIALLY the rich who have never learned to trust the Lord in the first place. (See Luke 18:25,26) Summing it up... If you receive the "mark" by choice, this means you've made the free will decision that the "Traditions of man" are acceptable over Scripture. Therefore you will be marked in the forehead. If you're forced to receive the mark by not being able to buy or sell, or any other means of force that go against your free will, it will be that you're one that is marked "in the right hand." The Ten Commandments are the actual laws of the Creator God that declares in 1 John 2:4, "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." That is in essence saying, How can you claim to be A CHRISTIAN if you don't keep the Law of a Christian God? How? That's exactly what that passage says! You are a liar if you say to the World that you are a Christian, and then bow down in front of a statue to pray a rosary. You are a liar if you say to the World that you are a Christian, and then break the Seventh Day Sabbath of the Lord Jesus Christ who is in fact LORD OF THE SABBATH according to Matthew 12:8. As we already discovered, the basic fact is, the Law of God POINTS OUT SIN to you. That's why the Devil does not want you to keep it. If he can keep you from the Law of God, he can sufficiently prevent you from finding out that you are in sin. In other words, the devil knows that in order to get the mark of the beast upon you, he has to convince you NOT to keep God's Law. Would you like to see a rather amazing connection between the Law of God and the Mark of the Beast in the book of Revelation? In order to see it, you need to answer four simple questions... Revelation 14:9, "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand," #1 Who is this verse speaking of? The wicked who receive the mark of the beast, right? Revelation 14:10, "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:" #2 Who is this verse speaking of? The wicked who receive the mark of the beast, right? Revelation 14:11, "And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name." #3 Who is this verse speaking of? The wicked who receive the mark of the beast, right? Revelation 14:12, "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." #4 Who is this verse speaking of? The saved who do NOT receive the mark of the beast, right? Did you notice what occurred? It is illustrating in verses 9, 10, & 11 the just deserts of those that receive the mark of the beast. Then in verse 12 it describes the general makeup of saints in the last days when the Mark of the Beast is being enforced. It declares them as those that KEEP THE TEN COMMANDMENTS AND HAVE THE FAITH OF JESUS. Do you hear what that's saying? It's saying, if you keep the Ten Commandments, and have the faith of Jesus, in the last days that are most assuredly "after the cross of Christ," then you will NOT receive the mark of the Beast. @Tolulope Aroloye Please do your own research, because Saturday is not the true Sabath. Saturday day is the day they worship Saturn, AKA, Saturn day! This is a pagan day and not the true Sabath kept by the ancient Israelites! The true Sabath is not set on the weekend, but changes, and could fall on any day of the week. The Most High never gave names to the days of the week, the Pagans did! TMH numbered the days in Genesis, but HE gave the 7th day of rest the Sabath name! Revelation 1:1 is often missed but it is the very first thing John writes - these things must "soon take place". And yet people want to say all the stuff in Revelation is yet to come. But if you study Roman emperor cult/worship it becomes very clear that the beast is Nero Caesar whose gematria number = 666. And the second beast (out of the sea) is the priestly cult for emperor worship that pushed people toward worshiping Caesar...this has everything to do, in their day, with buying and selling because if you didn't worship Caesar you were an outcast and couldn't make it in society or participate in the market. It all fits.
The soon taking place doesn't mean everything needs to happen within a short time span ;) What was shared in the Revelation did indeed start at their time, but continued to be fulfilled throughout history and parts are still for our future. It covers a long timespan of God's people throughout the ages. Look up 'historicism' as an interpretation method to Bible prophecy. That's what we found matches seamlessly and makes the most sense. @@thechristianlife Clearly Rev 21-22 are yet to come...we need to counterbalance the people who read every single word from chapter 1 on looking for the secrets of the future. So I agree...some things still are to come. Jesus hasn't returned. New heavens and new earth haven't been restored...the general resurrection hasn't happened yet. But most of what is in Revelation was relevant to their world and is in the past.
To follow the commandments of God, Jesus said "a new commandment I give you, to love your neighbor as I have loved you." This love comes from God the Father by way of Jesus, who also said the hour cometh and now is when all who worship the Father will worship him in spirit and in truth. God is Spirit and God is love And God the Son, Jesus is Truth. Hence we worship in love and truth. To do this we are to walk in the Way in/of Jesus which is 'repent to the acknowledging the truth' and in that truth we find the love truth reveals, submit to that love, abide in that love and it transforms us to be one. One in love one in truth. Continue to walk in the Way in repentance and add more more love...more truth until you measure is full and sufficient to your belief in Jesus. THIS is how we are to worship and believe in both God the Father AND God the Son.
I love Jesus. But I have a friend that has a dream 2o years ago, and she was dreaming that she was hungry so she went to the store, but as she saw the store they had soldiers standing outside the entrence. but the let her in, there was a long line of people waiting for their turn to buy, and as she got further she notice a man that held someones hand . and when she got even further she could see that people lay their hand down and the man put a metall thing in the hand. when it was her turn she asked to buy some food, then they said , then you must do that and pointed to the man that she saw putting mettal thing in peoples hands. and they said if you dont do that you cant buy food. and she was hungry so she went over to the man and laid her hand down infront of him, but just as he was going to procede she thought NO Jesus does not want this! and run out of the store. this women is almost 75. and when people in my country Sweden started to take the chip. she told me of the dream she had so many years ago. and why would it not be that? think of it , think of how much they would be able to control people . they control so much already with other thingslike that. we are only humans so if not someone has areal conversation with God I will wait and see, but I will not put in a chip thats for sure. i take no chanses with my sole. Hejsan @Ulrika Söderlund my wife is from Sweden too, and we normally live in Örebro (just now we are in Australia for at least half a year). Thank you for sharing this comment with us. It is important with dreams to test them by the Bible and see if it is the same as what the Bible teaches. It is very dangerous to build teachings and interpretation based on experiences -whether your own or other's. Here's my explanation for how this all still can work together. We have noticed in the comments that most people have trouble seeing the connection with the no buying or selling. Here's what causes that problem. We read our ideas into the text, which lead us to miss other interpretations. Many people have the idea that it is the mark that causes people to not be able to buy or sell, but this is not what the Bible says. The Bible teaches that HAVING the mark causes people to not be able to buy or sell. It is very simple when you understand that difference. Here's how it works. In the final days people will have either the seal of God or the mark of the beast. In other words, the world is divided into two camps. The Bible teaches that those who have chosen the side of evil, who accept the mark of the beast (the counterfeit Sabbath that represents rebellion against God and worship of man), this group will be prevented from buying or selling. That is what the Bible says. It does not say HOW they are prevented from it. Looking at possible scenarios in the world today, it can be assumed that technological innovations, such as the RFID chip, facial recognition, cashless societies and whatnot, will be used as tools to enforce the consequence of not buying and selling (just like in that dream). Those who are identified as not worshiping the beast, but God, will be targeted with this "punishment". Remember, this is not a hard to believe scenario because this has already happened in the past. In Biblical times government officials tracked Daniel down (without any of the technological innovations that are available today) and found that he worshiped God, instead of bowing to the commandment of man, and he was thrown in the lion's den. Same with the three Hebrew boys, certain Babylonians found and pointed out to the ruler of the kingdom that these three boys were not following the law of man but of God. Fast forward to the Dark Ages. Millions upon millions were found, persecuted and killed, who did not follow the teachings of the Catholic Church. Another example, it has happened frequently in countries when there was a war or other circumstance, that the government enforced rules to how much of certain commodities one could buy. Control over buying and selling was exercised. Today, with a simple click those in power can freeze your bank account and track down exactly where you are. So history is prophesied to repeat itself. When the Sunday law will be enforced, just like back in the day, those who are in control will be able to find out who obeys them, or who continues to obey God. And it won't be a problem for them to enforce the consequences of no buying or selling for those who follow God. Now to close, don't wait until the mark is enforced to obey God's law. Already today, be obedient to His law (which includes the seventh-day Sabbath). And as you train to follow God today, you will be able to stand stronger when opposition and persecution increases. I pray that God's truth will prevail and be made plain, so that it may pierce the heart.
Being raised Roman Catholic, I remember a point in growing up thinking "The Sabbath USED to be Saturday in accordance with the Torah ( the First Five Books of Moses ) , and the Jews consider Saturday to be the Sabbath or Shabbat ." I was a bit "curious" how the Catholic Church had the Authority to change the Sabbath Day. I had ( still have) other questions as well, such as how the Catholic Church can justify the heavy use of Images ,statues and even have veneration of them . Is this not a form of Idolatry ? There are several other Traditions as well that I have come to question . The fact that the Papacy can "override" the Bible ( Old and New Testaments) , Abrogate Laws and " Dispense with all things ,even the Precepts of Christ " is most distressing and disturbing . The Papacy has for all intents and purposes , took what Christ said: " Verily, verily I sayeth unto thee , that whatever you shall declare bound on Earth shall be bound in Heaven ,whilst conversely , that which is declared loosed on Earth shall likewise be loosed in Heaven ." and completely took THAT out of context ,turned It on Its head, and then declared the result as Dogma to be adhered to as if The Spirit of God commanded it to be so . Admittedly ,I feel an odd sense of guilt in writing this as I am questioning something that I ,up until recently , held as immutable Truth . Just like with the prophesied destruction of Jerusalem. The only reason why no Christian was killed there, is because they understood the prophecy, saw the signs, and escaped in time. So it will be in the end-time. Jesus told us to watch and pray, and to see the signs of the times, so that we may be prepared for what is to come.

I want to caution you very much about this teaching. The mark the beast is a superscription in the Greek on the handle for him it's not Sunday worship. I do agree that The Bible does not say that we need to worship on Sunday. However Sunday is not the market the beast does not really make sense. I agree. We worship on the first day of the week to honor the resurrection. Maybe you could benefit from what I do. I have an audio Bible and play it in my house 24/7. Sometimes I start at Genesis, sometimes I start at Job, sometimes I start at Isaiah and sometimes I start at Matthew. I can hear the whole New Testament in a day, 7 times in a week if I want to. I never know when God will reveal something to me or speak to me. It keeps showing me were I am wrong about something.
It is now time for us to rise up and be strong in the Lord and i will declare my faith boldly . I for one am not afraid to speak up for myself and fight for my faith and stand firm for God as I belong to Him and believe and want to go home to Him.As we must stand for Jesus . Amen
This is pretty cool because Jesus has been teaching me about the sabbath. I was stunned when reading my Bible as it sunk in that Sunday was not the sabbath. The sabbath actually starts at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday. No work, no cooking, no shopping. So I make Saturday meals on Friday. I don’t do any chores around the house during the sabbath and spend time worshiping and reading my Bible. I looked for a church that kept the sabbath but couldn’t find one.

I grew up a preachers son. We always worshiped on sunday. I have recently discovered that sunday is not the sabbath but that the sabbath begins on sunset friday to sunset saturday. Its difficult to find churches with saturday service but until I find one, I give God all my attention. Some of my friends think I'm nuts but I don't care. keep the sabbath holy....saturday.

Good question Nell. May I take the liberty to shift the focus? :) Rather than seeking how to avoid hell, it's better to seek how to do what is best. We don't just want to avoid hell, but live in God's perfect will for our lives, right? With that in mind, we know that the Bible instructs us to meet together, in a special way on His holy day, the Sabbath (Leviticus 23:3). Of course it is awesome to study the Word and pray. But God tells us it is too important to come together with other believers. One of the reasons for that is because fellowshipping with others is a huge blessing. You'll be blessed yourself, and you can also be a blessing to others. Does that make sense? :) Blessings sister.

When we call upon Yeshua, Jesus, Joshua (direct translation from the Hebrew name Yeshua), he knows that we are calling out to Him. I heard someone say that when we use the name Jesus we are actually praying to Zeus. Does that sound right to you? Is God blind to our thoughts and hearts and intentions by the words coming out of our mouths? No way. No matter what language we speak there is power in the name of Jesus/Yeshua.

When we first found that out, we tried to tell those in our Sunday keeping church, but no one listened. The “mark” of the “beast” is not a physical mark upon your skin. The Bible says:
Deuteronomy 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
God’s law goes into your heart, soul, hand, and forehead. According to the Bible, words like mark, seal, sign, token, and memorial are all interchangeable (Exodus 13:9, & 13:16, Deuteronomy 6:8). God’s name also goes into your forehead (Rev[Revelation] 14:1). During the time of the mark of the beast, those who will be obedient to God will receive His “seal” (Rev 7:1-3, also called “mark” in Ezekiel 9:4). An obedient church is represented as a pure virgin (2 Corinthians 11:2). This is why the church is often called the “Bride of Christ”.
An unfaithful church is called a “harlot”. If you refuse to obey God, instead of having the Father’s name written in your forehead, you will have a “whore’s forehead” (Jeremiah 3:3). A perfect example of this is Satan’s headquarters, the “Whore of Babylon”.
Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
The “Mother of Harlots” (meaning she is their leader, through the belief of her doctrines) is riding upon a beast (Rev 17:3). She is one with the beast; she is in control of it. While God has His laws which go into your hands and forehead, she has Satan’s law, which can also go into your right hand or forehead (Rev 13:16). Those who will obey her laws of worship, and worship her or her children (made into her image) will drink the wine of God’s wrath, and they will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, in the presence of Christ, and in the presence of the believers of Christ (Rev 14:9-11, & 20:9). To avoid that, and the beast’s “mark” you must keep God’s commandments (Rev 14:12). Scientific discovery has recently revealed that the frontal lobe of the cerebrum, which in laymen's terms is called the forehead, is where functions like decisions, judgments, and free will are made. We are sealed by God when we make the free will decision to accept Jesus as our Saviour and His Word as Truth. This then causes our lives to be affected by His doctrine, teachings, and most importantly, His COMMANDMENTS. The forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. In prophecy, the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. (Jer. 38:23)

Now let's look at how the beast administers his mark.

In this verse we now see the mark of the beast is not only being received in the forehead, it's in the hand as well. We already found the forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. But, what of those that receive it in the hand? Truth is, much of mankind is not likely to "freely" go along with the beast's plans. So, he has to rely on the use force instead. This is where the hand comes into play.
Jeremiah 38:23, "... thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire."
Ecclesiastes 9:10, "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest."
In prophecy the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. As we all know, Jesus will never force Himself on us. He prefers we choose to worship Him of our own free will. (decision made in the MIND) In the revolt of Heaven, two thirds of Heaven made the right choice. However, one third made the sinful choice and fell along with Satan. (see Revelation 12:4) Even our first Parents had to deal with choice. Just as the forbidden fruit in Eden was a choice for them, the forbidden mark of the beast is a choice for us. BOTH choices have a "life or death" consequence, and both choices declare who we choose to obey. Daniel and the three worthies had this choice as did Mordecai and Esther. This is always the devil's main mode of attack. Why would he choose a different method when all his past efforts worked so well? In fact, Satan used the Law again when he used the Vatican to kill over 500 million Christians between 538ad and 1798ad. They refused to break commandment #1 by bowing before the Eucharist set up by the Catholic church as a "god" on earth worthy of worship.
The choice will soon be placed before all living souls on earth. The beast will seek to use force against those that won't make the decision to worship him right off. This is why the hand is mentioned here. Satan will use force against God's people by removing their ability to work, as well as coerce them by other methods. In other words, let's say you do refuse to go along and loose your job or business. It's not over yet. Satan will then seek to force you to buy things in ways you might not expect. One example could be, if your faith is weak in trusting Christ to feed you during this time as He promised to do in Isaiah 33:16, Satan will dangle food you have to purchase. He will place this before your eyes as "your only way" when you're hungry. But in order to purchase the food you must go along with the Roman mandate, thereby receiving the mark in the hand by doing so.
Luke 17:33, "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it."
Since we understand making the decision to accept Jesus as Saviour, as well as accepting His teachings which includes His Law, is the same as being sealed or marked in the forehead by Jesus as one who is saved and or marked with a seal of approval by the Creator. Summing it up... If you receive the "mark" by choice, this means you've made the free will decision that the "Traditions of man" are acceptable over Scripture. Therefore you will be marked in the forehead. The verse you refer to is actually not talking about the weekly Sabbath, but the yearly and feast Sabbaths (those were shadows pointing forward to Jesus, just like the drink offerings. The weekly Sabbath cannot be a shadow, because it was instituted before sin even came into the world). I do believe that everyday I serve God I just asked God to save my soul and his son Jesus name amen and I do believe Jesus died for our sins and I accept him as my Lord and Savior and I understand it better by-and-by I just want Jesus to save my soul and I want to live for him and I believe he have saved my soul and when you come I'm going home that's all that matters to me all this trying to figure out who's the mark of the beast what's the mark of the beast I just asked God to save my soul

@Guma Nelson It is not about praying on Sunday, you might have misunderstood the message. It is about keeping the commandments of man, rather than God's. Can this be tracked? All we have to do is look back in history. We see for example that Daniel was "busted" for praying (following God) instead of following the commandment of man (don't pray to anyone else than King Darius). They didn't need a register then to identify those who do not follow the commandments of man. Same goes for the dark ages and Sunday worship. I checked it out. I respectfully don't agree with your opinion on this though. I believe the Jesus is my rest. If I had to keep that law I'd have to keep all the others. Jesus came to be our ultimate rest. It is finished. All we need is to believe in his sacrifice and love him. When asked how to optain eternal life Jesus answered "love the lord God with all your heart & love people as yourself". He never said and also keep the Sabbath. He is the Sabbath my friend.
The various elements of the Sabbath symbolized the coming of the Messiah, who would provide a permanent rest for His people. Once again the example of resting from our labors comes into play. With the establishment of the Old Testament Law, the Jews were constantly "laboring" to make themselves acceptable to God. Their labors included trying to obey a myriad of do’s and don’ts of the ceremonial law, the Temple law, the civil law, etc. Of course they couldn’t possibly keep all those laws, so God provided an array of sin offerings and sacrifices so they could come to Him for forgiveness and restore fellowship with Him, but only temporarily. Just as they began their physical labors after a one-day rest, so, too, did they have to continue to offer sacrifices. Hebrews 10:1 tells us that the law "can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship." But these sacrifices were offered in anticipation of the ultimate sacrifice of Christ on the cross, who "after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right of God" (Hebrews 10:12). Just as He rested after performing the ultimate sacrifice, He sat down and rested-ceased from His labor of atonement because there was nothing more to be done, ever. Because of what He did, we no longer have to "labor" in law-keeping in order to be justified in the sight of God. Jesus was sent so that we might rest in God and in what He has provided.

@Artie Fusion that is exactly right! When studying Revelation it is very important to understand that it often uses symbolic language. Think for example the beasts, or Jesus walking in the middle of the candlestick, etc. We discuss in the video what the hand and forehead represent, hands=actions and forehead=conviction/beliefs. let's look at how the beast administers his mark.
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads." Revelation 13:16
In this verse we now see the mark of the beast is not only being received in the forehead, it's in the hand as well. We already found the forehead represents the mind in prophecy. So this means the people with the mark of the beast in the forehead have made a free will decision thinking it was perfectly acceptable to replace God's Law with man's traditions. But, what of those that receive it in the hand? Truth is, much of mankind is not likely to "freely" go along with the beast's plans. So, he has to rely on the use force instead. This is where the hand comes into play.
Jeremiah 38:23, "... thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire."
Ecclesiastes 9:10, "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest."
In prophecy the hand represents being forced against our will as well as our ability to buy and sell, or "work" as Ecclesiastes 9:10 put it. As we all know, Jesus will never force Himself on us. He prefers we choose to worship Him of our own free will. (decision made in the MIND) In the revolt of Heaven, two thirds of Heaven made the right choice. However, one third made the sinful choice and fell along with Satan. (see Revelation 12:4) Even our first Parents had to deal with choice. Just as the forbidden fruit in Eden was a choice for them, the forbidden mark of the beast is a choice for us. BOTH choices have a "life or death" consequence, and both choices declare who we choose to obey. Daniel and the three worthies had this choice as did Mordecai and Esther. This is always the devil's main mode of attack. Why would he choose a different method when all his past efforts worked so well? In fact, Satan used the Law again when he used the Vatican to kill over 500 million Christians between 538ad and 1798ad. They refused to break commandment #1 by bowing before the Eucharist set up by the Catholic church as a "god" on earth worthy of worship.
The choice will soon be placed before all living souls on earth. The beast will seek to use force against those that won't make the decision to worship him right off. This is why the hand is mentioned here. Satan will use force against God's people by removing their ability to work, as well as coerce them by other methods. In other words, let's say you do refuse to go along and loose your job or business. It's not over yet. Satan will then seek to force you to buy things in ways you might not expect. One example could be, if your faith is weak in trusting Christ to feed you during this time as He promised to do in Isaiah 33:16, Satan will dangle food you have to purchase. He will place this before your eyes as "your only way" when you're hungry. But in order to purchase the food you must go along with the Roman mandate, thereby receiving the mark in the hand by doing so.

The Ten Commandments are the actual laws of the Creator God that declares in 1 John 2:4, "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." That is in essence saying, How can you claim to be A CHRISTIAN if you don't keep the Law of a Christian God? How? That's exactly what that passage says! You are a liar if you say to the World that you are a Christian, and then bow down in front of a statue to pray a rosary. You are a liar if you say to the World that you are a Christian, and then break the Seventh Day Sabbath of the Lord Jesus Christ who is in fact LORD OF THE SABBATH according to Matthew 12:8. As we already discovered, the basic fact is, the Law of God POINTS OUT SIN to you. That's why the Devil does not want you to keep it. If he can keep you from the Law of God, he can sufficiently prevent you from finding out that you are in sin. In other words, the devil knows that in order to get the mark of the beast upon you, he has to convince you NOT to keep God's Law. Would you like to see a rather amazing connection between the Law of God and the Mark of the Beast in the book of Revelation? In order to see it, you need to answer four simple questions...

Did you notice what occurred? It is illustrating in verses 9, 10, & 11 the just deserts of those that receive the mark of the beast. Then in verse 12 it describes the general makeup of saints in the last days when the Mark of the Beast is being enforced. It declares them as those that KEEP THE TEN COMMANDMENTS AND HAVE THE FAITH OF JESUS. Do you hear what that's saying? It's saying, if you keep the Ten Commandments, and have the faith of Jesus, in the last days that are most assuredly "after the cross of Christ," then you will NOT receive the mark of the Beast. It's that simple. In other words.

Please do your own research, because Saturday is not the true Sabath. Saturday day is the day they worship Saturn, AKA, Saturn day! This is a pagan day and not the true Sabath kept by the ancient Israelites! The true Sabath is not set on the weekend, but changes, and could fall on any day of the week. The Most High never gave names to the days of the week, the Pagans did! TMH numbered the days in Genesis, but HE gave the 7th day of rest the Sabath name! Revelation 1:1 is often missed but it is the very first thing John writes - these things must "soon take place". And yet people want to say all the stuff in Revelation is yet to come. But if you study Roman emperor cult/worship it becomes very clear that the beast is Nero Caesar whose gematria number = 666. The soon taking place doesn't mean everything needs to happen within a short time span ;) What was shared in the Revelation did indeed start at their time, but continued to be fulfilled throughout history and parts are still for our future. It covers a long timespan of God's people throughout the ages. Look up 'historicism' as an interpretation method to Bible prophecy. That's what we found matches seamlessly and makes the most sense. @@thechristianlife Clearly Rev 21-22 are yet to come...we need to counterbalance the people who read every single word from chapter 1 on looking for the secrets of the future. So I agree...some things still are to come. Jesus hasn't returned. New heavens and new earth haven't been restored...the general resurrection hasn't happened yet. But most of what is in Revelation was relevant to their world and is in the past.
To follow the commandments of God, Jesus said "a new commandment I give you, to love your neighbor as I have loved you." This love comes from God the Father by way of Jesus, who also said the hour cometh and now is when all who worship the Father will worship him in spirit and in truth. God is Spirit and God is love And God the Son, Jesus is Truth. Hence we worship in love and truth. To do this we are to walk in the Way in/of Jesus which is 'repent to the acknowledging the truth' and in that truth we find the love truth reveals, submit to that love, abide in that love and it transforms us to be one. One in love one in truth. Continue to walk in the Way in repentance and add more more love...more truth until you measure is full and sufficient to your belief in Jesus. THIS is how we are to worship and believe in both God the Father AND God the Son.

I love Jesus. But I have a friend that has a dream 2o years ago, and she was dreaming that she was hungry so she went to the store, but as she saw the store they had soldiers standing outside the entrence. but the let her in, there was a long line of people waiting for their turn to buy, and as she got further she notice a man that held someones hand . and when she got even further she could see that people lay their hand down and the man put a metall thing in the hand. when it was her turn she asked to buy some food, then they said , then you must do that and pointed to the man that she saw putting mettal thing in peoples hands. and they said if you dont do that you cant buy food. and she was hungry so she went over to the man and laid her hand down infront of him, but just as he was going to procede she thought NO Jesus does not want this! and run out of the store. this women is almost 75. and when people in my country Sweden started to take the chip. she told me of the dream she had so many years ago. and why would it not be that? think of it , think of how much they would be able to control people . they control so much already with other thingslike that. we are only humans so if not someone has areal conversation with God I will wait and see, but I will not put in a chip thats for sure. i take no chanses with my sole. Hejsan @Ulrika Söderlund my wife is from Sweden too, and we normally live in Örebro (just now we are in Australia for at least half a year). Thank you for sharing this comment with us. It is important with dreams to test them by the Bible and see if it is the same as what the Bible teaches. It is very dangerous to build teachings and interpretation based on experiences -whether your own or other's. Here's my explanation for how this all still can work together.
We have noticed in the comments that most people have trouble seeing the connection with the no buying or selling. Here's what causes that problem. We read our ideas into the text, which lead us to miss other interpretations. Many people have the idea that it is the mark that causes people to not be able to buy or sell, but this is not what the Bible says. The Bible teaches that HAVING the mark causes people to not be able to buy or sell.
It is very simple when you understand that difference. Here's how it works. In the final days people will have either the seal of God or the mark of the beast. In other words, the world is divided into two camps. The Bible teaches that those who have chosen the side of evil, who accept the mark of the beast (the counterfeit Sabbath that represents rebellion against God and worship of man), this group will be prevented from buying or selling. That is what the Bible says. It does not say HOW they are prevented from it.
Looking at possible scenarios in the world today, it can be assumed that technological innovations, such as the RFID chip, facial recognition, cashless societies and whatnot, will be used as tools to enforce the consequence of not buying and selling (just like in that dream). Those who are identified as not worshiping the beast, but God, will be targeted with this "punishment".
Remember, this is not a hard to believe scenario because this has already happened in the past. In Biblical times government officials tracked Daniel down (without any of the technological innovations that are available today) and found that he worshiped God, instead of bowing to the commandment of man, and he was thrown in the lion's den. Same with the three Hebrew boys, certain Babylonians found and pointed out to the ruler of the kingdom that these three boys were not following the law of man but of God. Fast forward to the Dark Ages. Millions upon millions were found, persecuted and killed, who did not follow the teachings of the Catholic Church. Another example, it has happened frequently in countries when there was a war or other circumstance, that the government enforced rules to how much of certain commodities one could buy. Control over buying and selling was exercised. Today, with a simple click those in power can freeze your bank account and track down exactly where you are. So history is prophesied to repeat itself. When the Sunday law will be enforced, just like back in the day, those who are in control will be able to find out who obeys them, or who continues to obey God. And it won't be a problem for them to enforce the consequences of no buying or selling for those who follow God.
Now to close, don't wait until the mark is enforced to obey God's law. Already today, be obedient to His law (which includes the seventh-day Sabbath). And as you train to follow God today, you will be able to stand stronger when opposition and persecution increases. I pray that God's truth will prevail and be made plain, so that it may pierce the heart.
Being raised Roman Catholic, I remember a point in growing up thinking "The Sabbath USED to be Saturday in accordance with the Torah ( the First Five Books of Moses ) , and the Jews consider Saturday to be the Sabbath or Shabbat ." I was a bit "curious" how the Catholic Church had the Authority to change the Sabbath Day. I had ( still have) other questions as well, such as how the Catholic Church can justify the heavy use of Images ,statues and even have veneration of them . Is this not a form of Idolatry ? There are several other Traditions as well that I have come to question . The fact that the Papacy can "override" the Bible ( Old and New Testaments) , Abrogate Laws and " Dispense with all things ,even the Precepts of Christ " is most distressing and disturbing . The Papacy has for all intents and purposes , took what Christ said: " Verily, verily I sayeth unto thee , that whatever you shall declare bound on Earth shall be bound in Heaven ,whilst conversely , that which is declared loosed on Earth shall likewise be loosed in Heaven ." and completely took THAT out of context ,turned It on Its head, and then declared the result as Dogma to be adhered to as if The Spirit of God commanded it to be so . Admittedly ,I feel an odd sense of guilt in writing this as I am questioning something that I ,up until recently , held as immutable Truth .
