Yeah that locker room video made me tear up. Lump in throat. We know KOC had one in his. From 0 confidence, from being prepared to be a third stringer who isnt respected by the rest of the team for the rest of his life... from that to this. He was surprised when he walked in, look at him when they lift him up.... movie stuff. KOC every week saying "your quarterback did x, this is YOUR quarterback". Now he can sit back and enjoy. He created this winning "culture".

@CrudPig12 I am an alum of both USC and Michigan. So, I watched both Sam and JJ throughout their collegiate careers. I like JJ - he is talented and a winner (and I like that he meditates/visualizes before games). But there are levels to this...JJ is not on the same level of talent as Sam. JJ was on a team that ran the ball 60-66% of the time. That's very different than having to throw the ball 40-50 times a game and having to carry a team on your arm. Not to mention, JJ's coming off of a season-ending knee injury. Sam is playing at a Top 5 QB level rn, but he's not perfect. (I can't think of a QB who has no flaws in his game.) But Sam is 27 and he will continue to get better now that he has really good coaching - something he lacked through his first five years in this league. I am for keeping both QBs. But if you have to trade one, I would trade JJ to the Titans for picks and keep Sam.
