I am going to construct a house G+1. Construction area is 1912.5 sqft. 16 columns are of 9"*18" and 3 columns are of 9"*12".
4 rows are coming of columns in width of 50 fts.
In 2 rows each column distance is 16 fts in width.
Rest of the rows each column distance is less than 25 fts, ( 7.6, 10.3 ,11 and 6 fts respectively.
My first question is , is this correct as per civil engineering,
Second , if yes than can you tell me the reinforcement of column and top beam.
Please clear my confussion.

Bro for G+3 9*18 column 12mm 8 no. Of bars are sufficient for normal soil and if we provide 10 no. Of columns for 15*40 plot so is it sufficient plz suggest. Thank you 👍
