Great Car. I had a '67 also. A true 138 car. Butternut Yellow/black vynl. Only regret was the Power Glide it came with. Wish I still had it. Sold it for $650 in 1971.
I think it was the summer of '69, (sorry). Down on Industrial Ave in Vancouver on a Saturday night. Some fellers had the hood up on a '67 396 Chevelle getting a jump start, it was a slow cranking car and I'm thinkin '"is this thing junk?". They finally get it going and I'd never heard such a lumpy cam before they line up and did a screaming run down the 1/4 mile there. Been in love with these ever since. I've drove a few but never owned one dang it. Good luck to whoever buys it, looks awesome. Cheers.
Beautiful! Mine was maroon/black vinyl top. Holly 4 barrel. Once I flew 50 ft., 6 ft. high in the air. The landing was kinda rough. Nearly cracked my skull on the roof when it bounced. Otherwise...a great car all-around, fun on dates in the '70s. Edit: I had power windows.
dude, gauges are indeed a factory option, the console is incorrect, there are many things not factory correct for this car. Not saying it's not a nice car , it is indeed awesome
Glad someone else caught some of those too. Don't think rocker panel trim is correct, I know rear valance should be flat black if it's a true SS car . Console looks like it's out of a 69 Camaro.
$79k??? Ridiculously over priced! Its nice but cmon man! My brother just bought a gorgeous & perfectly restored 69 Chevelle SS 454 for $40K. Good job on the vid but your asking way too much for these.
Nice 67 Chevelle SS! I had one myself in the early nineties... The center console isn't original though it's out of a 69 Camaro.. Had one in high school.. The original console for 67 Chevelles are narrow & had a clock offset on the left side...
I love the car, especially with the Cragar's, they look good on just about any 60s or 70s car. I prefer a manual as well but I also don't mind the TH-400, that happens to be a very robust transmission. Good for towing a boat or drag racing. I had this setup in a 68, it didn't chrip 2nd, instead it actually laid a serious patch into 2nd gear. What's got me scratching my head is the shifter/console, I don't think it's right for the year. Not really a big deal, it looks like a 68-72 set up if I'm not mistaken.
you are missing the trim on the rear decklid, the motor is not original, the console is from an impala and not correct, only the TH350 was available that year-car should have a vin beginning with 138177
heres all the purists playing judge again . These guys think every car that isnt totally original and stock is junk. Stock=Boring! If you gotta have ac then pay to have it put in or go buy a late model car.
I've noticed a lot of new words since I started being a car guy in 80s, Fitment is a good one, "paint correction", "call outs" and how about everything is "y code" or BJ code, FU code, I get it but geeze. I'm sure there's more but I can't remember ATM.
Ridiculous price. Barely worth half of that. It's not original either. Lots of mods. Totally incorrect console Not all 67SS had a console. Some even had a bench seat. I had one. Better off without a console than the wrong one.
@@claasicmuscle7504 I'd have to disagree with you. It would not cost double to build this car. Guy they bought it from probably has 60 to 70k in this car, these guys either bought it straight from the owner for 40k or they had picked it up at auction for around 40k. So your saying it would cost 160k to build this car?? If you think that? I got a 67 malibu that's been fully restored, blasted down to original metal, no filler,, no patch panels, big block 427, th400, brand new strange dana60 rear with 373 gears, bucket seats with a reall ss 67 chevelle console, real 67 chevelle ss steering wheel, power disk breaks all 4 corners. I'll sell it to you for 100k.
The prices for muscle cars these days are nauseating to say the least, not just this car but across the board. All through the 90s 10k would buy you a car just like this all decade long, they were everywhere, you didn't have to look 5 states away either. Soon as the 2000's came prices began climbing and haven't stopped, I should be driving something like this or similar but never at these prices, they're nice but not that nice. Everyone knows how much cars like this cost, I honestly don't want people seeing me driving a 60-80k toy. I'm in Pa which has been in the news lately, around here these days that's considered a target.
Love the 67’s. However, non AC, non 4 speed. Lots of unoriginal parts. Car appears to ride low meaning needs suspension and bushing work. Moronic location for a tachometer.etc adnausium. This is a nice 40k chevelle
Incorrectly done. The firewall is supposed to be black, not body color. Also, the aluminum trim is missing from the lip of the trunk lid. The console as well as the horseshoe shifter are incorrect. Probably not even a real 138.
I'll take it.

Wow a car like that gone for less than $1,000.. you dont know what you got till its gone
All 67s had a 3 speed auto. The 2 speed was gone after 66.
In sixth grade when I really started liking cars a lot. The neighbor had a maroon with the black vinyl top 396 car. Like them ever since
0:00 Beauty!
2:20 Rear end, Chevy cross flag's script, and amazing interior center console.

I nloooooove the colour of this Chevelle.
Gorgeous 67 Chevelle ss
Ahh, I had a 67 Chevelle convertible in the 80s. My favorite car.
Also had a convertible candy apple red with a white top black interior and craigers loved that car wish I could find another one
Nice Chevelle….oh, look at that Challenger with the shaker😮
Thats a beauty, I really like that color.

Beautiful '67. I love that blue and the size combo of those Cragars are perfect for maintaining that classic hot rod look.
Hot car with very tasteful and timeless mods! Keep em coming!
That car is seriously awesome. That's some of the best paint I've ever seen. Love the interior and the shifter especially.
Both the shifter and console, as well as many other parts of the car are very incorrect.
I love classics
Beautiful car!
Beautiful 😍
Nice car buddy
Thanks Steve!
My dad bought a 67 Chevelle right off The showroom floor I even got to take my driver's license test In that car Yes it was blue just like that 1
This Colour is crazy cool..."

Too bad the console (or council as you say) is incorrect for 1967
should be an all chrome console and tech over the left turn signal is missing
124. Big Like 😊

So is all the stuff on their website sadly!
LOL. What u mean?? There only trying to make 15-25 k profit 😂😂
Millionaires at Barret Jackson cause the high prices what ever the cost I'm getting it
66 nicer looking
Extremely too high!
67 chevelle is the greatest car made ,it is one beautiful car.
I had a 67 Chevelle SS with a 4 spd manual when I was in high school. Maybe the stars will align before I check out for me to get another one.
How far can your foot push on the accelerator?
Looked like the decklid chrome trim was missing ----for that price it should have extras not items missing
80k😮😮😮😮
2:25 missing trim on trunk lid
That’s a pretty firm shift from the T400, methinks it has a shift kit installed.
My buddy had one just like this same color and a convertble. He wrecked it. The 396 was too much for him.

Is the car for sale and if it is how much ?
Beautiful 67. Sadly its an automatic transmission. Had to subscribe

I had a sweet 67’ 396 back in 1988 and sold it in 91.
Biggest regret ever since
nice 67
clean car..I wish they had a real engine,540 alum headed roller motor for 80Gs,sounds better
Color is that
How do I get a number?
A/c ??
Wrong console and my 67 ss has full factory gages in the dash .
Is this car available??
67 chevelle 3cmo58b what did it go for price wise
Looks like the trunk lid edge trim is missing.
Doub't its numbers matching, alternator is on wrong side, 68 and up, power steering is incorrect
They show photos on their website of the numbers matching on the engine pad!
you are missing the trim on the rear decklid, the motor is not original, the console is from an impala and not correct, only the TH350 was available that year-car should have a vin beginning with 138177
That is not true. Chevy NEVER produced a big block car with a 350 turbo.
@@boldbeliever52 yup, that's true-was thinking SB
@@boldbeliever52 I meant yes, you're right, but either way there's a lot of things incorrect about the car selling for $80K even if it is a nice car
@@chuck7432 don't know that yet...maybe, maybe not....no pics of the VIN, data plate, or rear end yet...
Violent shifts. Shift kit.
Beautiful car but way high in my book. I would consider a trade for my 2017 Chevy SS SEDAN. ✌️
$40,000 tops
I'd like to have a white one with red interior and a 4 speed manual that I can daily drive.
And the dome light don't work....
Nice car, but $79k?!
What would a reasonable price be?
heres all the purists playing judge again .
These guys think every car that isnt totally original and stock is junk.

Is this car still available to buy
Is fitment really a word

Craig I'd have have to disagree with you, that 68 console looks like it was born in there! It'd cost double to build one like this!

I
Almost thinking I would rather have a 66 or 67 over a 68-72
$30,000 over priced!
Headers look like they'll scrape on a speed bump. Not enough clearance. Doah!😢 motor looks to be set back, needs custom headers.
$38500 max… This was my first car not an SS unfortunately but mine was in the marina blue a much better color if you ask me!
Please don't cheapen the cars buy making to our...factory is sweet
67 Chevelle didn't come with a staple shifter it had a T handle shifter
Wrong consol 👎. Nice car.
WOW! You guys are really trying to make 40gs off this one car?? Say I came with cash money, 100 bills, how much? 42k?
$79 for an auto lol
It's not worth any more than 35 grand.
these clowns want $55k for a ‘94 F150 it’s Michigan not LA
very old and not save car on 2023
Incorrectly done. The firewall is supposed to be black, not body color. Also, the aluminum trim is missing from the lip of the trunk lid. The console as well as the horseshoe shifter are incorrect. Probably not even a real 138.
