Yes they do, Patek has kept great records of every watch they made

What about all of those super cheap South American watches on ebay? I always assume they must be franken, but who knows.
5:07 redone dial in my opinion it does not have ''Swiss Made'' at 6'oclock.
No actually this is correct since this watch is a North American market watch. They were not stamped swiss made for import purposes, you can find plenty of examples of bubble back from this era with the same exact dial configuration, and we have sold many with the exact typeface, coronet, etc.
