Hi I am from Calgary as well (from HK). Calgary Court Restaurant is the one of the best HK style in Calgary. Cafe 100% and Sun Chiu Kee are pretty good Hong Kong style restaurants as well.

你在桃園的反應我非常明白。我18歲跑到英國一個小地方工作包吃包住。一日三餐。吃的好到不得了但都是西餐。寫信回家告訴親人我幾個月沒喝過水。因為冰箱裡都是果汁和牛奶。三個月後我第一次去城。在中國餐館(主要是英國人口味的。香港新界客家人開的)吃了一碟雞蛋炒飯。。我那時的激動和反應跟你一樣。Haha Haha😄😄

plus we have mountains, ocean, green nature places, tons of rose gardens here... ...
I would like to go to BC in summer!
