Coach E literally helped turn my life around during covid times. I kept thinking my body could do the things it used to do when I was younger and kept getting injured. While I don’t wanna sound like a paid ad, honestly his courses taught me so much and got me into the best shape of my life. Not my biggest, but my best. Love to all at precision movement ❤️

I bought the Shoulder Pain Solution course a year ago, and it was worth every penny. This is a great addition to what I've already learned and am doing. If you have shoulder pain and this is helpful, get the entire program. You'll start mobilizing your weak muscles and relaxing the sore muscles that are overloaded by compensating. It's a great investment in your mobility and overall health. Thanks for another great video, Coach E!

Thank you Coach E. Could you also do some videos on rehab for the shoulder and exercises for preventing popping out of the shoulder and weakness and mobility.. This case happens to me during a throw one time and my shoulder is strong but lacks that confidence and flexibility ( I do exersise at the gym with dubells and cables ) Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for this video. I'll be sure to practice those exercises a few times per week, starting tomorrow and will report back on how my shoulder feels in a few weeks :)
@@PrecisionMovementCoach HI Josh, Thanks for asking ❣ Unfortunately it seems I have to wait a little longer to do those exercises after breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy. When I watched the video I thought I could do those exercises already as I used to be reasonably active and fit. I didn't think though that radiotherapy has a good number of unpleasant side effects. So I'll have to be a bit patient with myself before I'll start those (and other) exercises 😇 So for now I'll just walk, cycle, do ab-crunches and some leg work 😊

Thanks for another great video! Any suggestions for relieving mid-back spasms that happen after foam rolling as pictured? This has been a consistent issue for me....any floor work results in left-sided mid-back spams when I get off the floor. Otherwise, I'm fit and healthy, flexible, and always working on getting stronger...
Hi, and thanks for the comment. Try backing off on the intensity and amount of those exercises, and let us know how it goes. Moving slower and smaller will help. Otherwise, it's hard for us to imagine the issue from our vantage point. Please keep us posted on your progress :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
Thanks Coach E. I appreciate the very specific form cues and the reasons behind them. When doing the extension exercises on the ball do we extend the spine all the way up the neck (while keeping the chin tucked) or should we just take the extension to the base of the neck?
Hi and thanks for asking! How do you know it's your shoulder? What happens when you try? Is it front or back squat? Something different? Talk to you soon :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
@@PrecisionMovementCoach @PrecisionMovementCoach I have both rounded shoulders and thoracic kyphosis and I have almost 0 range of motion when I rotate shoulders externally.
Hi Coach E, There is a pain on anterior border of trapezius from lower neck side towards each side, this area is behing clavicle and around middle part., This is possibly from too much external rotation exercises as you taught in videos or pushups! If i do the posterior tilt with hands stretched back pain on sideways on top of neck->humerus line… Could you suggest any move? I trust you😢

Everytime I say do ironing or cook - anything standing involving working with hands causes these maltifidus muscles hurt, almost like youd jab me there with needles - is that a sign they are very weak and getting overworked is it a good or a bad thing at all?
