Nice video. I just started following your videos this week. I'm a Special Education Teacher from the United States working with children Prek-5th grade.
I think through these activities a child also learns speech because we give verbal instructions when he processes it right his speech area also develops. If we observe natural way of learning in general children it is same a child listens, understands than speaks.
Sir my son not respond his name he have understanding issue he doesn't understand anything and couldn't speak and he have also sleeping issue plz suggest what can i do i got so much frustrated some time..
Sir,my son is 3.7yrs and he is covering his ears by hearing sounds like mixer, loud voice in TV,pressure cooker, music of his toy car etc and he is irritating to candlelight sir suggest me what to do plz
Apparently it is his reaction to the changes being experienced, pl rule out sensory issues for these as well. I will suggest to increase the exposure of these mentioned sounds for short duration, do tell him before putting these on. Now distract him by involving him in something of his great interest...reinforce his tolerance. Gradually with such drills he will start tolerating and accepting. In shaa Allah. In overall strategy randomize every possible thing and manage his reactions. Avoid screens to maximum.
Hlo sir mera baby 5 months ka h pehle baby ki tongue pr w type banta tha baby tongue bahar to nikalta hai pr aage se peni nhi hai moti hai tongue kya problem h baby me or baby thik kaise hoga
Manu Thakur Pl see other responses/attention of child to the toys/ objects giving sound, response in seeing /vision, touch, cooing/ babbling, smile, feed, as well...if these all are fine then need not to worry but keep observing his development keenly...regarding tongue issue you may visit some child specialist.
amna Fahad Wa Alaikum Assalam. It is important to understand that what all a child must have before development of speech...e.g. sitting tolerance, attention and specific attention span, processing and understanding of simple/ age appropriate instructions, imitation, matching, discriminating, oral motor movements etc. Unless a child doesn’t master these basic skills no one can teach a child to speak appropriately...lacking in these areas a child may remain non verbal or may develop inappropriate speech in words/ sentences but it will be repetitive, articulated, limited, rote and other speech disorders. Therefore I take these activities as basic part required for development of speech. There are many videos of other children who has learnt these aspects their pattern of interaction is different...pl see videos of the child at your ward’s level, from the playlist. Thanks
faisal atta In general they are same...earlier it used to be only OT which helps an individual in overcoming the problems faced in the functioning required in routine life...later on issues related to senses were focused specifically under sensory integration therapy...as in earlier times there were just doctors later on the fields got separated and now there are further separate specifications in a field as well.

Sir! Sensory integration exercises and occupational therapy both are similar?
