It really irritates me when people discard e-cigs in the environment... I'm in quite a low mood today, so you two have perfect timing 😊 The brown check material of Kate's trousers is fantastic! Lots of cool little finds there. I thought Fleur's squeaky nose was a dog toy 😂

@@sapphonymph8204 any litter at all really... I get really annoyed by human mess! E-cigs have the extra issue of containing a battery which on occasion catches fire in the environment too...
My new dog also thought that it sounded like a squeaky toy, and promptly grabbed her loudest new toy to chime in!
Hello fleur & Kate thank you for all you have share with us.My mom went home to our Lord on the 23rd and she taught me to sew ,embrodery,and many games and arts.she was 104 and enjoy her kids.You guys take care.

finding that tiny Prince Rupert's drop was lucky, amazing that the tail hasn't snapped causing the whole thing to shatter.
That little doll's head reminds me of Her late Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II when she was a young Princess Elizabeth. Too bad you couldn't make a mold and create a silver charm for a necklace. Anyway, magnificent find and memory. The thing with an "L" looks like a rifle site to me. I could be wrong. It has happened more than once in my 75 years.

I must say, it was worth the trip for the dolls head alone! And when I saw the copper L all cleaned up, I immediately pictured a book as well. Not many finds, but as always some treasures amongst them!
Every time you release a new video, it feels like old friends calling to see how your doing! After a week I start to wonder how y'all are doing and what adventures you've had. After 10 days I admit I start going through withdrawals and have to watch an older video to hear your wonderful hellos.

I can totally see the draw to mudlark on the many available shores, the littlest bits can end up being the best of history and in-turn a treasure 😃
I like the accents around the Uk and I wondered where people who say "ink" for "ing" come from. I notice you both say this as well. I am from the Boston area in the US but having Canadian parents I don't sound like a Bostonian. {at least I don't think I do} I love the music you use on your channels and your excitement at finding such random things. A few finds but a pleasure to stroll around that very giving beach, as shown by that lovely little head you found Kate. Fresh air, a small breeze and the lapping of the waves, very hard not to enjoy. Keep safe during the big storm. Hope you all had a wonderful time in Scotland.

Flur, I hope you kept the rock you picked up at 6:46. it is a type of opal we call Mexican Opal. It has "fire" in the colored section of the stone. It flashed on screen and I gasped! I have several pieces I have owned since the early 1970's. Once its polished or tumbled, it is stunning!

I think the brass L is part of a lock mechanism from something like a drawer or lock box. They would be layered. I’m no expert but that’s what it reminds me of.
That head looks like it would be nice to turn it into an angel. Beautiful video.

All useful finds and it removes waste from the beach, which is always a good thing. You'll make something specatcular with all the little finds you get, we have no doubts about that.

The Copper peice looks like the backing to a bicycle disk brake pad. Copper is used because of the low heat attenuation. I would imagine the 'L' denotes its for the left hand side. That's my guess but im probably wrong and its much older.

That teardrop of glass is probably a Prince Rupert's drop (also known as Dutch or Batavian tear). A very interesting thing to look up.
