- I'm attempting to become the Greatest Football Manager of All Time by completing the Glory Hunter challenge in Football Manager 2024. We need to win the Premier League, FA Cup, Bundesliga, DfB Pokal, LaLiga, Copa del Rey, Serie A, Coppa Italia, Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France AS WELL as the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League within 20 seasons in FM24. Tom, your channel inspired me to start playing Football Manager again after almost 10 years away from it. The Pentagon Challenge really opened my eyes to other leagues outside of Europe’s Big 5 and I’m currently managing FC Osaka in the J3 League, where I kept them up after applying for the job when their manager got sacked due to being in the relegation zone. I’m now hoping to improve the team in my first full season so that we can progress up the table!

One of the most fun playthroughs I ever had was starting unenmployed, got a job at Alverca (Portugal 4th division). Built a dinasty, as one would.
Then I got a Spanish club as a Sattelite (Eibar, 2nd division) since they have no rules regarding how many loanees a club can have.
Loaned a couple prospects, raised their reputation until the point I could send some world-class players to them on loan.
Won the Portuguese championship with Alverca, the Spanish by proxy with EIbar.
We eventually met on the UCL finals.... and I lost 1x0.
Took me 16 in-game years to achieve it all. Loved every second of it! Raising a proxy club is surprisngly fun AND difficult!
(And yes, it is an incredibly dumb challenge to pursue. But it's also fun as *%!%! )

i really like the fact that you have to strategize so much to even make things work, let alone win. like you said at the end of the video, to even play in the europa / conference league, it takes a bit of finagling. good stuff, very excited for this series

Hey tom, i have a challenge for you. Make the danish Superliga the best rated league in FM. They are currently ranked as the 15th best league. I've only managed to get the league to 6th, and im in year 2043. Hope you see this!

Love your videos mate. I know its tough to do but take a look at some of the really low level local clubs in Australia and see if you can get them into the A League and onto continental glory in the AFC Champions League then intercontinental cup.

What specification computer do you have to be able to load all of these leagues and play it with those graphics??
I would concentrate winning the leagues and cups and use the last 4-5 seasons going for jobs like a West ham or Aston villa where you aim for conference and europa league wins.
