I did all this via a return and the postman turned up with no label to put on the parcel. Is there a option to click where it lets the postman know he needs to bring a label? because i cannot find it anywhere.
The prepaid return label is included in your parcel so you stick it on before the postman arrives. If you can;t find yours please email sales.uk@churchillgowns.com and we can send you a replacement.
@@churchillgowns Same issue here... there is no return label came with the parcel and only realised there is no option to choose Bring my Label after completing the collection order. Is the Royal Mail website not updated or something?
Hiya I made a order online but was delivered to wrong address. So I can get Royal mail to collect parcel from the indicated address it was delivered to. If I want it to get to me the person has to put my addresses on the package?
