- Hoo boy what to say about this one.
I mean, outside of Artosis getting Mongol TC Rushed. I thought that was pretty funny.
But the question, "Does this mean you're going to do more Artosis highlight videos?" it's really going to depend on how this video does. I've really been itching to make more RTS content as RTS games are definitely my genre of choice, and this presented a good excuse to jump back into it.
I have a lot of thoughts about this, but I'll stuff them for now. For now, don't read too much into this video. It might be a one off, it might lead into something else. Who knows.
I've been doing a lot of experimentation with the channel lately, and while I'm much happier with the content I've been producing, I'm sure for the viewers it might be confusing and/or possibly frustrating. I've really been all over the place.
And while I don't think that's necessarily a 'good' thing for the channel, I think it's a good thing for me because this allows me to still have fun with this hobby of mine.
I think the worst thing that could happen is that I just burn myself out and I stop making videos altogether - and I don't want that because I want to be doing this for some time. Experimenting, at least for right now, is a lot of fun for me and I'm excited to keep making videos.
I feel like there was something else I wanted to say but I can't think of anything right now. I guess I'm like a dog chasing cars.

Got into Artosis because of your channel, now I watch his SC casts and streams a lot. He is one of my favorites.
I really feel like I owe the success of my channel to Tastosis as doing highlights on those two is really what got me my start.

Sometimes I'm hesitant to post things that AREN'T Melee related because I know so many of you are Melee fans, but I want to be a little more comfortable with experimenting every now and then.
@@Frudgey I'm not a melee guy, also Canadian here too however! If you're in Ontario, did you pay attention to the Toronto tournaments... years ago at least? I largely only know melee from an old friend, although haven't been in touch for years, but know David Gif/Give.
But I actually come to watch the other content... even if that content is few and far between. You make some really fantastic stuff.

The problem with liking RTS games but making Melee videos is that when I DO decide to make a an RTS video a lot of people don't know what's going on haha.

artosis this is my suggestion. just like in broodwar where you have a scv in the enemy base until they get dragoons or zergling speed, you can build a scout and run circles around their town center until they buy a knight/stable with perfect information. towers and outposts dont really stop scout since they need way more resources than the value of your scout. lots of AOE4 players simply dont wanna scout the enemy despite doing so in every other RTS

Well, if he had put his villagers inside his TC instead of raging in TEAM chat which the other dude didn't even see at all, he could had won the match since his TC would overpower the mongol, unless the mongol was already making a Landmark since it skipped to 3 minutes to show this.
I didn't understand a thing, but the tank creating a building next to the opponent's base seems pretty abusive

That's essentially what it was - being able to construct a fortress right next to an opponent's town center pretty easily. In terms of Melee, it'd be like if Fox's shine had the same knockback as Ganondorf's Warlock Punch - though I'm sure there'd be someone in the comments telling me that that'd be a nerf for Fox haha.
NoFluxes (3rd place at this years SSC) highlights or Joey Bat(s) highlights (crazy good Ness player)?
I'll keep those tucked in the back of my head for ideas - right now I'm not really looking to make Melee highlight videos but thank you for the suggestions regardless!
