Sinh ra và lớn lên ở Mỹ, Chad Kubanoff thích đi du lịch và nấu ăn. Năm 2008, khi mới 21 tuổi, Chad Kubanoff đặt chân đến thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, ngay lập tức anh đã yêu mến nơi đây vì con người và đặc biệt là những món ăn Việt hấp dẫn. Năm 2011 anh về Mỹ cùng gia đình nhưng tình yêu và nỗi nhớ ẩm thực Việt luôn ở trong Chad Kubanoff. Sau đại dịch Covid-19 Chad đã quyết định quay trở lại Việt Nam và sống ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Chad trở thành người sáng tạo nội dung ẩm thực, chuyên review quán ăn đường phố cũng như tự nấu hàng trăm món ngon Việt Nam giới thiệu tới bạn bè thế giới. Trên trang cá nhân có hơn 700 nghìn người theo dõi, hơn 26 triệu lượt thích, Chad Kubanoff đã chiêu đãi người xem những món ăn Việt tự nấu.
Born and raised in the US, Chad Kubanoff has a keen interest in travelling and cooking. In 2008, Chad Kubanoff first arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at the age of 21. He was immediately smitten with this place due to the friendly locals, especially the flavourful Vietnamese cuisine. In 2011, Chad Kubanoff returned to the US with his family. However, the yearning and nostalgia for Vietnamese food still followed him around. Chad finally migrated to Vietnam and settled in Ho Chi Minh City after the COVID-19 pandemic. He became a culinary content creator, specialising in reviewing street food stalls. He also replicates hundreds of Vietnamese delectable dishes and introduces them to viewers around the world. On his social media account with more than 700,000 followers and over 26 million likes, Chad Kubanoff treats his viewers to home-cooked Vietnamese dishes.
