How to make Bamboo Charcoal Bagels | Easy Baking Recipe at Home

  • Bamboo charcoal powder added to make these swirl plain bagels, no-butter and sugar-free version with only four basic ingredients. These bagels are definitely one of the healthiest and delicious breakfast options.
    ▷Ingredients for 6pcs:
    Water 175g
    Instant yeast 2.5g
    Strong flour 300g
    Salt 3g
    Bamboo charcoal powder 6g
    Water 6g
    Water 1L
    Sugar 30g
    ▷Suggested fermentation time:
    First fermentation 40 minutes
    Second fermentation 30 minutes
    ▷Baking information:
    Bake at 175°C for 15mins
    📝Notes:
    - The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to water absorption of flour, weather and humidity of the day
    - In hot weather, use lukewarm / cold water or cold milk or eggs; please use warm liquids in cold weather
    - Fermentation periods are for reference only,please adjust according to humidity and temperature on your baking day
    - The baking temperature and time are for reference only, please adjust according to the specifications of the oven

    請問 竹炭粉 是用買的嗎? 還是ㄧ般的竹炭粉磨碎?

      我用的是在烘焙店買到的現成竹炭粉呀!你可以用抹茶粉或可可粉代替!😉
