All you want is the pain to leave and you get anxiety because it's hard to control..the pain is unbearable, On top of her medications she takes for the kidney, it might trigger it and the anxiety. Also she might have trauma from the transplant, so no I don't think she is thinking of Justin or his marriage, She has to much on her plate to deal with.

They were together until they start to fight bc Selena was extremely jealous until she break up with him. Months later Abel get back with Bella and Justin with Hailey, the 4 look happy and calm...so diferent than they were with Selena. Now she lost them both and she is alone and depressed and now everyone blames Justin and Abel for moving on...thats bad (i hav no idea how i know all this. I guess its bc a breakfst with E news haha)

As a doctor I find it quite normal for an organ recipient to feel depressed. After receiving an organ you have to go on immunosuppressants for life to prevent organ rejection, which is basically like having AIDS. You live your entire life in fear of infection or dying. So her depressive episode is very understandable from a medical point of view.

Selena was diagnosed with SLE (lupus) which I also have. I don't know how she is still walking around tbh. Lupus is fricking awful and affects almost every part of you in some way (different with different people) because it's an immune system disease and your immune system doesn't work anymore. Even emotional upset can trigger a major flare where you literally can't get out of bed. When she was diagnosed she carried on working for a while (I don't know how) but then had Methotrexate by IV for I think a month and she appeared somewhat better. But lupus is the gift that keeps on giving; you suddenly start developing "syndromes" all over you. I currently have 4 syndromes attached to mine. I hope she rests properly, the fatigue you get is like death; you can sleep, and sleep and sleep some more and still feel exhausted. Get well soon Selena.
BTW I'm not even a fan of any of these people but I genuinely feel sorry for one so young to have this awful illness.
