Personally Selena's lyrics are about needing to lose someone to love herself. When women get into a relationship we sometimes sacrifice ourselves for those we love because we cherish them over ourselves. I think this song wasn't supposed to hurt Hailey but more so a testament to say there is good that came from the heartbreak and that she learned a valuable lesson to love herself just as much as she loves her partners.
As for Hailey I think maybe she threw that post as a message because her insecurity got the best of her. But it happens to even the best of us. And I am sure Selena knows this and forgave her ages ago. People make mistakes out of fear and insecurity all the time and life is about making mistakes, learning and growing from them, and becoming a better you.
I am sure Selena and Hailey both understand this and I think the feud that is being kept going due to the enormous fan basises of both amazing ladies has been resolved ages ago.
