Don't worry! The author himself pretty much said to not actually apply all of these tactics. This book is not a dating manual. It's a high level dive into the different seduction tactics that people have used, the history of seduction, and into human nature. The tips are meant to be applied in a very general way. For instance, with the "separation" tactic, a helpful, yet generalized way of using that can be to let your crush or person of interest come to you, especially for women, and to not always run after them. I hope this helped you feel less nervous over this book!
