    For the Caramel:
    2 tbsp white sugar
    For the Flan:
    10 large egg yolks
    1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Instructions for Caramel:
    In s er medium heat, put the sugar and stir constantly. Stir until the sugar dissolves and turns into a golden brown caramel. Quickly pour the caramel into the bottom of a flan mold or llanera, tilting to evenly coat the bottom. Set aside to cool and harden.
    For the Flan Mixture: In a large bowl, gently whisk the egg yolks until well combined. Add the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, mixing until smooth.
    How to steam: Pour the flan mixture through llanera and steam it for one hour.
