These videos are my favorite on the channel. There's something comforting about it in my aging years when I don't have as many friends to talk about and discover games with. I've also loved the gaming style and chemistry you and Reggie have had on these videos through all these years now. I always look forward to these and rewatch many of them.
Started collecting and honestly before I started watching this channel, never knew what the Dreamcast looked like. Not relevant to this video but I learn so much from watching this channel just wanted to let you know, love the content!
Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill were the king of beat em ups movies of the 70' and 80' Most of the time they were fighting mobs and crooks the western movie is the last they made together before Bud passed away
I just saw the Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill game in the thumbnail and I clicked instantly. Those two are my childhood heroes, and I watched their movies at least a hundred times. The game shows a nice overview of some of their movies they did together, and as a fan you are smiling all the time while playing because you see a scene or a gimmick and you think of the hilarious beatings and stuff that was spoken. Unfortunally I missed the last time Bud Spencer was in my area in Germany for a signing session before he passed. It's weird that he only got famous in some European countries. He deserved much more. In Hungary he and Terrence Hill have a legendary status. We even have a statue of him in our capital.
That Blair Witch game Reggie has is actually based on a more recent reboot of the series, came out in 2016 I think. Its not quite as good as the 99' original but the game was still pretty scary!

I'm absolutely hysterical. When I was a young kid i used to watch an Italian tv programme every school night with my Italian grandparents of 2 men always comedically fighting. The programme was in Italian and i never understood a word but I would laugh along with my grandad all night long until bedtime. My grandad left us over 10 years ago and I never did find the name of the programme. the second i saw Slaps and Beans I just knew it and it all came back to me. Thank you

I picked up Gal Gun Returns thanks to this video. It’s a game I would’ve never given a second look at let alone buy before watching this video but this is why I love watching MJR videos as it’s actually pretty fun.
Reggie is THE MAN. I hope he’s doing okay. I’m super pumped to see him on a bunch of different channels, MJR and Erick Landon and others. Dude’s got incredible taste in obscure import games and I always learn something from Reggie when he’s featured.

Bud Spencer and Terence Hill were huge superstars in European cinema in the 70´s and 80´s. They draw millions of people to the theaters(they are still megahuge in Germany). Both Italian by birth, Carlo Pedersoli and Mario Girotti. I am a Swede and these guys were my heroes growing up in the 80´s. I have most movies on both VHS and DVD/BD. This game is great love letter to these guys. Bud passed away in 2016. Terence still has great success in Italian television.
I remember watching a lot of their movies back in the mid-late 80s and early 90s. Those two were so hilarious while kicking asses! They were a great duo!

What I love about MGR videos is that every once in a while there's something that I played in the past that, that I completely forgot about and then it pops up (Lode Runner, original) and just a smile and overwhelming nostaligia takes over. Was the same for the ZX Spectrum Next video he did.
What's super funny about these videos. It's basically a company write off to present all the gaming stuff you bought in a video, and then you can just "quasi private" own it forever after the video was shot. One of the great benefits of being a games UA-cam. In practical terms it means, everything is -VAt and -incometax (for those who don't know how company writing off works).
Great video guys as always! Reggie keep getting those PSN Trophies and maybe you will catch up to me one day! That Golden Force looks great, I might have to look into that one. Slaps n beans is an amazing game as well as the movies. Thanks for giving some love to Ys Reggie.
